We were a little anxious moving from a different state. Once we contacted Linda Gates & she responded immediately we felt confident that she would listen to us & do her best to find what what we were looking for which we weren't 100% sure ourselves. Her willingness to take us anywhere & giving us her honest opinion regarding the properties put us at ease. We are more than happy with the home we chose & have her to thank for it. Saw this Friday nothing has happened since then or over the weekend they didn't even respond after they asked for the pictures and now since someone called the fire department we have no water for safety reasons left hope they fix it Monday 4/15/24 since our pipes are water heated which means no water or heat right now

I recently called about a house and set up a showing with Dustin Kanz. I asked him to email me the dimensions of the rooms of the house, he never did. He texted me the day of the showing and canceled the appointment, I asked him again to send the dimensions, he still did not! He actually never even responded to my text messages until the next day, when he texted me saying he had a offer on the house. I will be contacting another company to purchase a home.

My 2 star review is because my buying experience was positive. My selling experience on the other hand was tremendously negative. Between the lack of responses at times and the constant feeling of being pressured I was severely unhappy with my experience selling. If you're selling I'd recommend going elsewhere.
