Initially had some hiccups with the permit since it was a full demo and new construction on waterfront. I was annoyed during this time, but the team hung in there and designed a house that was appropriate for the lot and setbacks. I was hard on them and they were in the right the entire time when dealing with the county.

We broke ground late fall and closed a few weeks ago. The cabin is better than expected!! Jason and Jacob were always available and kept me in the loop on every detail.
