I recently stopped into Refined Reflections to restock on Oribe products after taking a few years off to try something different—and I am so glad I came back. It honestly feels wonderful to have Oribe back in my home. There’s just nothing that compares; it’s undeniably my favorite shampoo and conditioner, and I love that it’s cruelty free.
Katie spent a lot of time with me discussing my hair type and needs, and together we decided on the Hair Alchemy shampoo and conditioner. Jen was equally helpful, making sure I felt confident about what I was choosing. They were both so thoughtful and patient, which I really appreciated.
I also picked up the Run-Through Detangling Hair Primer, and the reaction at home said it all. My daughter, who has hair down to her hips, was practically in tears after I used it on her—she just looked at me and said, “Thank you so much for buying that again.”
Even if you’re just stopping in to grab products, I would highly recommend seeing Katie and Jen. And honestly, after this experience, I’m thinking it’s time to book myself a deep scalp cleanse and a style soon!

I’ve been going to Refined Reflection for the last few years and their service never disappoints! Vivian is my go to girl for all my skin and hair needs and she does such an amazing job! Viv is always up for whatever mood I’m in, whether I’m chatty in the salon chair or sleepy and relaxed during a facial. My hair and skin has never looked better since using the Eminence and Oribe products (I’m always going back for more)!! Jen and Katie are both so welcoming whenever I come in and are so easy to chat with too! Overall an amazing experience, I’m so happy I found them! 🫶🏼

I am a salon owner and was down in Rochester for some Dr appointments. I told Katie I would as a salon owner and totally understood if I couldn’t get in due to last minute. (So I know how that works). I also am not down here all the time to be a regular, Well It was meant to be I was able to get in. Jen and Katie both made me feel welcomed and knew it had been a while for my own hair having some TLC. Jen did a wonderful job on my cut and color and made what I wanted become spot on! I am 6 hours away but I will be coming back as a regular! It’s worth it. Jen also did an amazing shampoo and massage. It was a great experience!

Since moving to Rochester, I needed a new hair place, and refined Reflections has been my absolute go to! Kami has continued to get every color I’ve ever wanted, with the most beautiful blending. And recently just tried hair extensions for the first time and Kate KILLED IT! Making it such an easy process, answering all my questions and leaving me with the hair ‘growth’ I wanted going into wedding year!

The products are top notch and the service is even better. You’re instantly greeted by the most friendly, beautiful, and uplifting desk staff. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing! And your hairstylist, Jen, is truly an artist.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. The stylists are professional, the environment is clean and welcoming, the products used during services (and on the shelves) are the best, and scheduling is so easy. They've recently expanded to include esthetician services and it's been so fun to watch their business grow. Katie is the absolute sweetest and we love supporting Refined Reflection!

I’ve had amazing experiences with Kami! She is very knowledgeable on products and has helped me create a skin care routine specifically to my needs. The back facials are so relaxing and I would highly recommend any facial!

I went to Refined Reflection for the very first time a couple of weeks ago and saw Kate! She highlighted my hair to a lighter blonde than what I had previously and straightened it! It was beautiful by the time I left! I definitely will be back again!

If you’re looking for a an amazing colorist who makes you feel beautiful, then I have one name for you, K. A. M. I !!!! She makes your vision a reality.
I sent her the inspo pictures and let her do her thing. Honestly though, when I don’t have any inspiration pictures, I always tell Kami to “do whatever” and she always delivers! Every. Single. Time.
Shes been my hair stylist for at least 3years+ and I have never been disappointed!
I cannot recommend her enough!!

Jen is amazing. She listens for both color and cut. Jen is a great colorist that always achieves natural color. The salon is clean and relaxing!

Jen has been doing my hair for over 15 years and she is, simply put, extraordinary. I can always count on her to not only give me amazing cuts and colors, but also product advice and styling tips. She knows when to engage in fun conversation and when to let me be quietly on my head or on my phone doing work or catching up with friends. I have also had facials and micro-needling by the aesthetician with great results. There is no place I would trust more than Refined Reflections. Check it out!
