What a misleading name. Have issues with a lift chair, they refuse to contact me, it took so long to get the first defective chair replaced that when they brought the wrong color, I didn't even care at that point. New issues with replacement chair, they will not contact me. Run. Don't walk to another medical source, save yourself much stress

This place has horrible customer service. They do not care about the clients and the treatment is unacceptable. The people at this place are very disorganized and forget about the customer and the orders that we request.I ordered equipment for my special needs child and they took 8 months to bring some of those products. Then they charged our insurance for equipment they did not give us. It's has been 8 months and we still have not received some of our equipment. When I call them they give me the run around.I have put two formal complaints so far and they have done nothing to help. Today I will put my third complaint in.

The bottom rubber tips on my crutches broke and I needed to find replacements for them. The staff at Reliable Medical were able to help me out with my problem and found me high quality replacement rubber tips to replace the broken ones. I am very grateful to the staff at Reliable Medical for being able to help me out so that my crutches work again and I can safely move about as I recover from my injury.
