Went in to have running boards installed and to have technician look at issue with air conditioner. Very satisfied with running boards very dissatisfied with results from air conditioner inspection/work. Got home and air conditioner doing same thing as originally identified - no change. After being told they found what was wrong and fixed it. Hoping dealer makes this right or I just bought myself a 2024 Lemon

Mitch is AMAZING!!!! He is ALWAYS on top of things & takes GREAT care of my car EVERYTIME!!!! I accidentally booked my service @ another dealership & showed up at Chevy thinking I had made an appointment there to get my oil change like I always do. I had the guy inspect my car and he gave me prices on things that needed to be fixed and the prices he's giving me for these things are absolutely ridiculous things don't cost $900 $7,000 $500 when I can find other people to do it a hell of a lot cheaper what the hell is your store coming to like that guy was a joke his name was Nicholas.

I did make an appointment via the chevy app and it was a great experience. They confirmed and provided detailed information on the next steps. Upon arriving, Mitch explained and took care of my oil change and tire rotation. It took more time than expected because they broke my trucks sensor wires while removing the air filter. Mitch was honest about their mistake and said will replace and fix it without any charge. Mitch also offered a 20 bucks gift for what happened. I am happy with Mitch's customer service.
