I came here to have a plastic cover on the bottom of my car fixed because it was dragging on the road, making all sorts of racket. I was fine to pay $50 for it just so it'd be done. I also expected to wait about 20 to 30min for my turn in line. We'll they only took about 7 min, and charged me nothing. Super kind people, and they dont rip you off. Nothing but respect🙏

Speedy and friendly service! I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I had a bit of an odd request when I lost something significant in the center console of my car. Quick lane on 2nd…Inexperienced techs slamming the hood of a Jeep wrangler is understandable the first time. But this time they couldn’t even remember where the hood prop rod goes and then slamming the hood again is enough to drive a person mad. This is also on top of the time they threw my engine cover on my fender without a second thought. I’ll pay more money for people who know what they’re doing and actually care about a customers vehicle. It’s too bad because your front end staff are great.

Stopped in this morning due to needing air in my tires due to the warning light on saying my tires were low on air and not being able to find a decent air machine at gas stations here in Rochester. They were happy to pull my vechile in and fill my tires for no fee. It's definitely the small things and they went above & beyond. Thank you! :)

Came in with a leaking tire. They found the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price in under an hour. Employees working here were very nice and helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I've been dealing with vehicle issues for a while now and Dan was able to help solve the problem, in ONE visit. He has a wealth of knowledge and shared some of that with me.
