Rochester Storage and specifically Brian, are the most professional, compassionate and customer service oriented companies I have ever dealt with. Brian worked with me on banking issues to ensure Rochester Storage was paid in a timely manner. The facility and cost were superb too. I highly recommend Rochester Storage.

Mr Brian is so awesome, my things were left in storage for four years, not only did he work with me to get me an affordable price to move my things back to texas, he helped me arrange all the things by himself before he left. Four years later, my things still look good, no complain from me. God bless your awesome work.

Very clean and dry units. Grounds are kept clean and feel safe for coming and going. Management was always helpful and responds quickly. I would use Rochester Storage again!

On the first day we rented, the owner showed up and said he was watching the cameras and told us we are not allowed to smoke on the property, have any food or drinks at the storage. Owner seemed to not be OK with sitting at the unit organizing my items in the storage. He said this is a drop off/pick up facility. So if you need to be at your unit for more than a quick drop off/pick up than this probably isn't the facility for you.

Best service I've received from a business in a very long time. I got prompt responses to my inquiry and questions. We were able to start using the storage unit immediately. Canceling when we no longer needed the unit was just as simple. 100% recommend!
