Just had the exact same experience as Kelly P outlines in her post with regards to them not being able to find where I had brought my ring in for inspection and now it appears one of the prongs is cracked so they recommend 're-tipping'...which Jenna said is basically replacing all of the prongs to fix the crack. I got an uneasy feeling from her especially when she said I'd have to leave my ring with them for a week or 2...help Rodgers and Hollands! I've had my ring from you for over 20 years now and NEVER had any issues before. This visit was just super loaded with problems. $120 to fix - not covered under warranty - my warranty is NOT GOOD anymore until I get it fixed WITH YOUR JEWELER ONLY! Something doesn't feel right.

Took my ring in for an inspection and sat there for over and hour for the employee to figure out what he needed to do or not do he definitely wasn’t trained well and no one was willing to help him within the store.. he said my diamond was loose but he said my ring was good to go.. but when I took a look I noticed my prong was cracked. He said I don’t think you need to do anything this time just come in and have it fixed next time. I asked if there was a chance my diamond would fall out he said well maybe.. I said I would like it fixed then. He then spent another 45 minutes trying to get it set up to send my ring out. It took 4 weeks for it to come back and they didn’t fix the issue it was sent in for because the employee filled out the repair as a retip not a prong crack. Then they said what is wrong with your ring won’t be covered by insurance because you missed a 6 month inspection. We have never missed a 6 month inspection. Needless to say they charged me $117 to pay to have my prong fixed. Something I should have known when I came in the first time. Every time I come in there no one knows what they are doing or what they need to do and blame it on past employees. Needless to say the employee that I had the first go around was still working there.

Visited with significant other for an engagement ring and had an interesting experience with the workers there.Felt like my significant other was more knowledgeable than the workers at times and when asking questions, the employees would conflict each other with the info they provided. One employee was somewhat condescending when we shared the ring we were interested in looking at and she tried to get us to look at more expensive options. Since we were pretty set with the style of the ring, my significant other was called lucky since I was wanting something so “cheap”. Definitely came off ruder than I think the employee was meaning and made both of us feel uncomfortable.They didn’t have a large selection in store so they had us look at the online website they had available on their tablet. If we had known they would just have us look online, we would not have bothered to come in since we can very easily look on their website on our own. One employee was having trouble with the tablets and so we spent an extra 15 minutes sitting there waiting for him to get it to work. He was also very adamant on getting us to make our engagement ring purchase that day and kept reminding us that they had multiple sales going on even though we mentioned we were just getting ideas.We were asked to provide our number and email so they could send information on the ring we were looking at but have not gotten contacted by them as far as we are aware.We had a much better experience with Riddle’s which is directly across from Roger’s & Hollands. They didn’t attempt to upsell us, were extremely knowledgeable, and understood what we were interested in. They also didn’t comment that the ring wasn’t as “expensive” as typical engagement rings. Please just go to Riddle’s instead.

My girlfriend and I went to Rogers and Hollands looking for an engagement ring. We worked with Jenna who was incredibly helpful in helping us discover what we both liked and didn’t like in a ring and easily provided us with suggestions based off our preferences. She was very knowledgeable about all the pieces we looked at and respected my budget when helping us create our ring set. Jenna was great! It was Black Friday, we had multiple questions that needed the attention only she could answer. She was extremely polite and professional! We were so happy to be dealing with her, and her patience because she was being pulled in many ways from the rest of the staff. Very impressive!

I purchased a pearl with diamond accent necklace with a white gold chain. I visited multiple jewelry stores and they had the most beautiful and best quality jewelry. They were so helpful and pleasant on a very busy Black Friday. Highly recommend this store.

I bought engagement ring 7years ago. Roger Hollands store claimed lab grown diamonds although they cost less still hold value like real diamonds. I found out they don't, anywhere I take the ring that typically buys diamond rings won’t purchase it the jeweler says it is testing cubic zirconium therefore not only did my wife wear a worthless VS1 diamond all the years but I was told a line of b-s by the sales people, I don’t leave reviews but this one pisses me off because I specifically went over all my concerns about lab diamonds just to find out why I was concerned in the first place.
