I volunteered at Ronald McDonald in MN. The staff was wonderful and very kind. The kids there were even sweeter! I will definitely be volunteering again.

This is hands down the best Ronald McDonald House my family has ever stayed at!!! Most houses have a time limit on when you can do your laundry, they have a 24 hour laundry room so that you are not disturbing other guests in the house. They also have a mini market in the house so that there are always healthy and delicious food options for on the go or to prepare for your family. The meals that are prepared for the families are very tasty during the weeknights! They also have wonderful events for families (ice cream social, baseball stadium outings, Zoo at night, and flying experience for kids that have never flown).Miss Carmen makes everyone feel special if they have a birthday while your family is at the house!!! Lisa, the director, is making sure she thinks of everything so that families can focus on their loved ones. Miss Bailey is always there to lend an ear or helping hand to the families. Miss Darcy is always so helpful and funny and helps make the day go by! I appreciate everyone in the house and those who work and volunteer there. If you are looking for a charity to donate to, this is the one to choose.I would have never known that over 20 years ago when I used to volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House while in college (back in Michigan) that I would need their services, I am so grateful to the team in Rochester as they have made my family feel at home away from home!!!Thank you to all the staff and God's blessings to you all!!!

The staff, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the activities, etc... were absolutely phenomenal during both of our stays here. We had an unexpected medical emergency occur with my husband while we were there to get our daughter treated, and they were so supportive and caring toward our family. It made a huge difference! Thank you, RMH MN!! You guys are so awesome, and we feel so grateful to have to have stayed there. You guys truly are making a difference in each family's lives ❤️

I wasn't "qualified" because I have a disorderly conducted charge... I am having my 2nd baby and I live in Albert Lea. My clinic is in Rochester and I had an appointment December 2nd 2021, my doctor admitted me for low fluid and it come to be a long term stay until delivery now (sometime in January). I wasn't qualified for the Ronald McDonald house all because of my disorderly. This really put me in fumes because I'm here for my baby and I have a 10 month old at home (which I only get to see 1 day a week for an hour). It would've been nice to have my mom and my son stay there so they didn't have so much gas to waste to come here one day a week.... Will never donate here again.
