I do not recommend Rossi if you want your car to look new again. Especially for paint work. I had my F-150 repaired after I hit a deer and right as I walked up to the truck after the repairs, I could see areas where painted was not buffed out correctly. You could clearly see the wet sanding marks. They had a guy come out and buff it right in the dusty parking lot and I knew that would not turn out well. The next day I had it in the sun and it looked liked tiger stripes with buffer swirls up and down the door and fender. I contacted them the following day and they buff it again but I can still see swirl marks and wet sanding marks all the way from the mirror to the top of the door. Absolute garbage paint work. When I brought the truck in for the 2nd time the estimating guy was really rude when I pointed out large paint chips on the top of the bumper that were not there when the truck went into the shop. They did fix it but he was seriously rude. The truck should go back again but I don't trust they will do a good job fixing it. As the insurance company's preferred shop I sure expected better. I will be filing a complaint to the insurance company.

Rossi body shop is amazing! Perfection is their motto. We recently had both of our vehicles in their body shop. One for hail damage, the other for a mishap on my part. They did an absolutely amazing job!!! Jason K was great to work with, he is very detailed, customer oriented, friendly. and easy to talk to. I believe, Jason’s motto is, “it’s a team effort to make perfection”. Mike R also was great to work with. We’ve taken our vehicles to Rossi body for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank You Rossi Body Shop!

This place will take zero accountability and rudely argue back with you. Everything will be the insurance company’s fault. Do not take your vehicle here if you want your work done right and in a timely manner.
