Very cute clothes, and cheap so you get what you pay for. By that I mean that they wear out easily and aren’t as durable. Besides this, some of the employees lack proper customer service skills. Asking guests if they’re ready to check out by spewing “ya’ll ready?” instead of “did you find everything okay today?” as well as closing down registers before 6pm (Sunday) and leaving the doors open only to leave one employee standing there not saying anything herself, but grabbing the associate that is rather rude to tell people they’re closed and they can’t buy what they already have gathered. Being as I work in retail it’s often that people aren’t out of the store right at close time if they were already in the store. We would just shut the doors at time of close, let guests finish after informing them that we are closing, and then letting them out personally. I had one item, easy in & out. Simple fix; hire better employees.
