Love the self checkout, the staff are always around to help unlike Walmart/target!!
Some of the prices are a bit high but besides that absolutely love savers!

Everything is too expensive. I didn't find any good deals, but did find some good toys.

These prices are ridiculous. A loft brand dress that’s not new is $18?? Another dress from defunct brand Mossimo is 12? Who is pricing these items and for what audience? There’s a reason why the shelves and sections are crammed full of things you can’t sell…

i love going thrifting. however everytime i go here, i get watched like a hawk because i’m not white. it makes me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and i definitely feel stereotyped because of the way i look. might as well check me out since you can’t resist coming over to me every 2 seconds to make sure i’m scanning everything i’m purchasing. today was my tipping point. i want other people of color to know what’s up when going in this store. it’s 2024, bffr

I have shopped here for years. It’s a thrift store. No complaints.
**** Reason for the review: Craig at the donation site. He recognized me from previous donations and I appreciate him so much! He is very personable. What a kind soul!
Here’s for the corporate Savers because I LEGIT want them to pay attention : CRAIG IS AMAZING AT THE ROCHESTER, MN SAVERS! CRAIG DESERVES AN AWARD!!!
If Craig doesn’t get recognition, I will kindly ask him if he will take a selfie with me and I will and it to corporate. Craig is a great person who deserves recognition!

just insane prices. this “non profit” makes crazy amounts of money. they will get something for free and put it up for market value. that is not what thrift stores are for. Apparently it’s our job to check if the CD/DvDs are in the case. I’ve recently stopped buy cds and dvds from there. The electronics prices have just been crazy too. no way they test the 100$ item back there right. even the okay priced items arw very risky to buy

New female employees were rude and unpleasant. I asked if there was a fitting room and was told no even though a stocking employee told me there was. I asked if I could return the clothes if they didn’t fit and I was told yes within 14 days so I came back a few minutes later to return them and then they said it’s exchange only. Very misleading and new employees are giving out wrong info.

I found Wild Fable leggings with the clearance sticker crossed out, I bought that item at Target for cheaper than what Savers is charging.
Donation attendant didn't give me a coupon when I asked (maybe didn't hear me), and the manager (short blond hair, mid 50s) gave me attitude when I requested one from the register. I found the person with the most stuff in her cart in the store and got out of there. Total grift.
