Every time I have been here, the ladies at the front have been so great! They are so quick to help and really try to understand what you want rather than just trying to sell you on something. I also love that they always check to see what discounts you are eligible for

Scrubs here are good and comfortable. Sizes are not standardized across brands, so try various sets. The ladies are excellent with their customer service; Jodi was very considerate in particular, keeping a lost item on hold for me.

I had a great experience here and Joann helped me out amazingly. She very respectful, reliable, and not pushy like some associates are. Joann was also informative and helped me with any question I had. I was worried at coming here at first and never been in a scrub shop, but they were all welcoming. I will be coming in here again!

Came in at 7:20pm, 40 minutes before closing time and the employee working that night was awesome! Extremely friendly, helpful, and concise with her recommendations and service. They went above and beyond what was expected, and they deserve a raise. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I had a wonderful experience at Scrubs and Beyond! I was greeted with outstanding customer service by Amy. She helped me find sizes, colors, and new styles. Amy made my experience fantastic! She was friendly and very helpful! I would recommend Scrubs and Beyond Rochester to many!

My new go to spot for scrubs! The scrubs there are very sleek and super comfortable for all body shape and sizes. When they ran out of the one I wanted to order, they placed an online order for me really quickly and gave me a call when it was ready for pick for pick up. The customer service is top tier with their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness.

JoAnn in Rochester was the most helpful worker I have ever come across! I have never bought scrubs before and she picked out multiple options for me to try. She gave advice on how they looked and ran around the store getting me the correct sizes. My gift card was not working, so she troubleshooted accordingly and ended the visit with a hug. I will definitely be going back!!

Huge variety of scrubs to choose from, I had no idea where to begin since I have never bought scrubs before! The workers are SO incredibly helpful and friendly! Jill and JoAnn helped me, and they made this experience very enjoyable!

I had the best experience from the moment I walked in and was welcomed by Jill. She is so wonderful and really wants you to feel your best in choosing the right scrubs. Her work ethic, aid, and kindness is remarkable! You can tell she cares immensely about every individual that walks in and the other employees as well. Carrie was the other employee that came after long hours working at the hospital and still put 110% into helping everyone that came in. I will be back and recommend it for scrubs (reasonable prices!!)
