Renting the storage unit was so easy online. After driving 400 miles the next day to Rochester with a fully loaded car, we simply purchased the circular lock at Fleet Farm, dropped our load at our new storage unit and we headed to our motel in under 15 minutes. What a relief!

Moved out 7 months ago, let them know I have moved out. But have been billed every month since regularly, called and talked to Oscar a month ago where he assured me issue will be resolved but of course nobody even tried to figure it out. Got another bill. Next step⏭️court.

Great to work with. Had an unfortunate event happen where the renter next door to my unit closed the air vent on their climate controlled unit in the winter and the sprinkler system pipes froze and burst. Luckily, I had no significant water damage. They called me right away to inspect my belongings and then they gave me a few months rent for free for my troubles. Definitely will use again if needed.

Rented for eight months and never had any real problems or issues. Decent locaton and felt pretty safe leaving my stuff there.Locked gates with four digit entry passcode was petty nice.Never saw any suspicious people or vehicles.Need a specific style lock for the doors, not all masterlocks fit.Some delays with snow removal, one trip 4wd was needed.Communication with owner was great overall, my last month there was hard to get ahold of him.I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
