Silver Lake Park - East Shelter is a popular spot in Rochester for weekend outings. It is a wide open space near the lake, good for long walks, jogging, and wonderful walks with great sightings. Visitors can feed the local residents, who are not too scared. The park features a huge playground, which is also described as a little or small park for kids with swings. There are picnic tables and chairs, and you can sit on the grass. Bathrooms are available on site. The area is dog-friendly.
