I wish there was a zero star. That is what these people are in my opinion. Zeros. The worst experience I've ever had. The ownership has changed and have no customer service. I had a unit that had mice. Moved to a different unit and nothing was done for what I lost. All this time payments are taken out automatic withdrawl. Added a unit so had 2 For a bit while building a house. Went back down to one. Still got charged for 2. Never got refunded for the extra taken out. They then said they would stop the one unit that I moved out of and said they would refund me and send me my deposits. Got deposits back but never got refunded for the month they charged me for the unit I didn't even have. Then on top of it when they stopped the payment on the one unit they must accidently stopped on both so non were getting charged. I got an email saying I was 3 months behind, got charged a late fee and locked out of my unit. On top of that it was blamed on me and my bank. To this day they will not refund me for the late fee or the month I got charged for no unit. I was on the phone they asked if I had the same card the whole time and nothing had changed I told them yes and they charged for the back rent and the next month 4 days early. They asked me to email them an authorization to let take out the payment. I sent no authorization and taken out anyway. Beware. I've rented since they have opened and the new ownership I feel are crooks in my opinion.

My wife and I use SW Storage for our collector cars. We each have a 10 x 20 for a year and have been very satisfied with the facility and our access to our vehicle.

Southwest Storage is a top notch and well maintained state-of-the-art facility. It is very secure due to the video monitoring and abundant lighting. The pricing is fair and the service by Bernie is impeccable! Highly recommend!
