Moved 4 phones from Spectrum and got new iPhones and a lower monthly bill... Ziad is the best, helped me set up the App and got our free Netflix/Apple tv hooked up. So much easier to deal with and data is way faster than Spectrum. Thank you Again Ziad!

Used to just be a corporate annoyance and the staff in store in our area where amazing! Those days and those guys are gone. Now when you walk into a store you can see how much they dread your existence, their jobs & their lives.

One guy is my hero forever! I was so excited that I ran out of the store without getting his name. I went in because my phone had been hacked! I know, right? So the first guy told me I was screwed and I didn't even get dinner. I stormed out in absolute disgust and loss of any faith in humanity... I figured a couple things out and went back in. The other young man took my phone, waved his magic wand as his fingers became a blur and he evicted my unwanted, undesirable from my phone!! He saved me a small fortune and possibly more with the date breach. I kinda wish someone would steal my identity so they can pay my bills ?

AMAZING customer care!!! I walked in knowing I was probably out of luck with a damaged phone and wanted to know my options. Sami helped me and was more then generous in finding me a solution. Sami provided me with great costumer service. I’m so appreciative of her help!

Short version: I was bait and switched with a promotion that they promised me, calculated into the rates they showed me that I would pay, and now say I never qualified for and there's nothing they can do.My bill continues to be $17.40 more than what I was promised at sign-up, and I rushed to sign-ups in order to get the discount. From what the salesman later told me it sounds like many other people in the area are in my same situation.I'm deeply disappointed in T-Mobile. It shouldn't be this stressful or difficult to get the payment you were promised at sign on. All I am asking for is the discount I was promised, and the amount I have overpaid so far applied to my account. I have seen nothing, and my bill continues to be $17.40/month more than promised.Long version: I was pressured by a store rep here to sign up quickly in order to get an Insider's Discount. I was told this discount would stick with me throughout my time with T-Mobile, providing me 20% off of up to 12 lines. The guy signing me up was aware that I did not have a current phone line from another provider, but rather a line under someone else's T-Mobile plan, and assured me that I qualified for this discount. He specified I could not bring that prior T-Mobile number with me and still get this discount, as I had to look like a new customer. He also specified I could not use the Work Perks discount, as I would not be able to use both discounts. When I expressed uncertainty about trusting these rates he had hand written for me, he promised T-Mobile would fight for me if there were any difficulties. Well, my bill turned out to be $17.40/month more than the rates he promised me.Initially that same rep spent a couple of months back and forth with me, telling me I was not approved for this Insider's Discount, but he could not tell me why. He said lots of people were dealing with the same issue and he was working tirelessly to figure it out. At that time, he offered a lump sum value credited to my account (he offered $13x24 months initially, then after I pointed out that was not even the amount my bill was off, he was agreeable to $17.40x24). However when I recently asked for this to actually happen, following more conversations and efforts on my part to get the actual Insider's discount I was promised, the store now pretends this amount was never offered. With the manager stating he wasn't going to get involved in a, "he said she said" conversation. I was never given anything.The store manager here now says I do not qualify because I never ported in a line from another major cell phone provider, and apparently his records show this was communicated to me by this same saleman who said I would get this discount no problem (all false). The store manager here said he could not reimburse me anything, nor get me the Insider's discount I was promised at sign on.I have since spent countless hours with the T-Mobile help reps via their help number, getting numerous promises, but no resolution.The first rep told me I should get a hold of a district manager for a resolution by calling a neighboring store (bypassing this particular store that makes it challenging to get a call through) and asking for the contact info of a district manager- apparently the help folks don't have this contact info. I did this, but a nervous-sounding store employee at that store told me he would not do this and wanted me to talk to him and potentially his store manager down the line - essentially starting over, but with a different store front. So I called the help line again. This time a woman answered after another hour on hold. She reassured me repeatedly I would get my discount applied soon. Then she transferred me to her manager. I asked him, without any way to get a hold of him, how do I know he was actually following up on this? He promised he would personally call me back with a resolution. That was Tuesday afternoon. It's Sunday. Nothing. It seems that each time I call the holds get longer. I just

Ziad’s customers service is out this world he moved fast transferring our service from another company. Ziad also hooked me up with all the promotions T-Mobile offers he got me over 150$ free gift cards with the promotions. 100% blown away with T-Mobile because of Ziad’s customer service.
