Amazing, quick service! They came within days of my call and went above and beyond with their cleaning. I called around to quite a few places and they offered the best prices by far. I will use them again for sure!

I had them come out they left before the job was finished to say they had to get to the next job and they would return, they never returned I called weekly for 6 weeks with them every time stating they would return the next week. They did not.

I was quoted 275.00 on the phone for a single level townhome. I was charged 424.00 for a stain extra on the lower level.They up charged an extra charge for a short hall from 30.00 to 60.00 claiming there were 2 halls and it was an out and out lie.Supervisor on phone call also said that I agreed to get the dining room freshened which was I absolutely wrong I agreed to living room only for 30.00 he charged 60.00. He said he didn’t have ability to write a receipt on premises because I was unavailable to sign but the reality of it I was standing next to himI will never use Stanley Steemer again. I believed I. Was owed 60.00 refund due to their dishonesty. They would only approve 30.00. They care more about their bottom line than they do over customer satisfaction. Do NOT use this company is unethical and dishonest. The manager said I agreed to those extra charges which was a bold faced lie.Manager said I said things I never said and it was shocking to have someone call me a liar and not try to be more customer oriented. They are very dishonest by on site and in the business office. A VERY bad experience with Stanley Steemer. It’s a very dishonest and unethical company. Use zero-Rez they are upright and honest.Service: Carpet cleaning
