Collins was a great salesman, but not like a salesman at all. He was incredibly patient and easy to work with . Amy, Meg, Jake and all the rest were great. I saw them a lot when I was going back and forth deciding. It’s a really good vibe there.???? Yee haa. I really like my new wheels.

I have always received stellar service! Knowledgeable, helpful staff work hard to provide a positive experience. I was given a loaner while my car was worked on, and my Service Advisors kept in close touch. My 2011 Outback runs like a new car! Collins, at this dealership was very helpful in our finding a vehicle that we love. He listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions, was not high pressure and wanted to be sure we loved the vehicle (which we do). He was very knowledgeable and explained many features that are mind-blowing how great they are. The Outback has many features that come standard. We drove home in a blizzard today, with no problems with traction...loved the heating element under the wiper blades! My husband says it was a pleasure to drive in the snowy weather. The deal was closed quickly, and everyone at Subaru of Rochester were very friendly. If you're looking for a new vehicle, we highly recommend connecting with Collins at Subaru of Rochester.

I brought my car in to assess a P2096 code and a broken door lock. The dealership recommended over 3k in repairs for a 2012 Outback. It was 150$ to diagnose and tell me my door was broken, which I already knew, all while blowing a fuse for my door locks and some how shorting out my electrical system, as my clock needed to be reset. They recommended replacing the catalytic converter and heat shield for over 2500$ and I was able to avoid this by changing the distal O2 sensor for 70$, which is what I initially inquired about. I love Subaru, but I would not recommend this service location to anyone.

My first Subaru was a Silver 4WD that we bout in 1986:Hardly drove it before I lost it in a divorce settlement.My second Subaru was a Crosstrek in 2020.Bobby drove it to my pad for the test drive.Hardly drove it due to a Covid and handicapped with MS.My third Subaru in 2024 is the most intelligent vehicle.on the farm.It will probably save my life now with road safety precautions…God Bless the Love!Tom Burzinski.

Great dealership. I've purchased two (used) cars here. Really enjoyed the no pressure process. The service department is fantastic. They keep you informed, answer all of your questions, and give you time to make decisions. Plus they have all theamenities that most dealership service departments offer. I highly recommend Rochester Subaru for both auto purchases and service!

Amazing customer service!! John was my tech and was outstanding! Got me in within minutes after vehicle seemed to be having unexpected issues on my morning commute, provided me with a rental so I could go on about my day stress free, kept me informed of what needed to be done for repair. I knew my vehicle was in good hands and that is great peace of mind. Pick up process was quick, painless, car was clean and running great! John even put a battery in my key fob! Thank you John!!!! I will continue coming back!!

I would recommend my friends and family to have their vehicles serviced and repaired at Subaru of Rochester. Great job! I also had a great experience visiting with their sales team while I was “kicking” tires waiting for my car. They were very friendly, and asked me questions to find out what was important to me when I’m considering purchasing a car…low pressure and felt they truly wanted to get to know more about me. A few weeks back, I had to have some major repairs done on my aging 2011 Legacy. The repair was as fast as possible because of parts being shipped. I was very happy with the results, but I noticed an annoying rattle that wasn’t there prior to said major repair. I took it back in and explained how I felt. I was helped by Kevin. He was great. He knew how I felt that I relied on this vehicle to protect my family and get to and from work everyday. I know it seemed like an inconvenience, but he was understanding and explained that if they found anything resulting from their previous repair that there would be no extra charge. Turns out something was loose and the fix was very fast and everything has been fine since. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as well, but I have worked with Kevin before and I wanted to make sure he got some recognition for his job well done. Thank you Kevin and thank you Subaru of Rochester.

Phenomenal service from Ken Fox, Megan Clark and Kelsey (sales manager)! My husband and I came into trade our truck. We had set up purchase on a used Toyota. But due to unforeseen circumstances, we decided against finishing the transaction and moved up into a 22 Subaru Ascent. These staff were outstanding with the change and my husband and I are ESTATICwith our purchase!!!! Looking forward to years of continued service with Subaru of Rochester!

This was the first time buying a Subaru, Shyanne met with me, helped me decide and was very patient with me. I couldnt have asked for a better person to help me, I would buy a car from her anytime. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the vehicles and the options but didnt pressure me into anything. She is a benefit to the dealership and Subaru. I will buy from her again.

I just purchased a 2023 Subaru forester and I love it after much research. More importantly than the car was and continues to be was the customer service I received from Ken Fox and Meg Clark. The should be the “Poster Service people of the year”. Not only were they friendly, knowledgeable and respectful but responsive. I don’t care if you have the best and cheapest product on the market if you don’t have good customer service then it doesn’t matter. Again a big shout out to Ken, Meg, Elliot, Amy. In closing I highly recommend Subaru of Rochester. I’ve included a “Happy Camper” included.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile from the nice lady at the front desk, to be followed by another from the sales rep designated, to finally get a last smile from the finance manager, and off you go enjoying your Subaru with a smile. Therefore, Subaru slogan should be not only "Love what they drive", but too "Subaru puts a smile on your face." Awesome drive, awesome products, and most importantly awesome people and experience!!!!

My wife and I just bought two new Subaru Foresters from Subaru of Rochester, wow what a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Alex Proell was our sales person, was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, no pressure to buy but very helpful in making our decision. He was very patient in explaining everything that was on the vehicle, we would recommend Alex, in fact we went back to him again and bought our second Subaru. Brandon Wilson the sales manager was also very helpful in helping us decide on using a trade in or not. made you feel very welcome in their place. We had a LOVE-ENCORE appointment with Luis Velez, he was so patient in explaining and answering questions we had, this is a great service that Subaru has. The whole staff at Subaru make you feel so welcomed and are so knowledgeable in answering any question you may have. Best place to buy a vehicle and best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Best part, we love our new Subaru Foresters!
