Worked for them barely a week and they fired me for 4 complaints. 1 was because the customer knew me from a previous job and didn't like me, another complaint was from during my training when I was still learning. I was unfairly let go which me and my wife in a huge bind a week before our wedding

Definitely don’t recommend this company because they have people talking on the phone while driving don’t recommend Ryan Miller to drive you anywhere because he is constantly either on his phone or on a tablet most of the time it’s no wonder why this company gets into accidents a lot GET OFF THE PHONE

I needed wheel chair transportation home from the hospital. Well, whoever arranged for this company was really scraping the bottom of the barrel. The vehicle rreeked of cigarette smoke to the point where I was actually fighting the urge to throw up. The driver had NO IDEA where he was going and completely ignored the GPS. I had no clue of where we were! He drove over speed and took corners so hard my wheelchair wheels actually lifted off the gound. He did want me - however - by saying "Coming in hot". The drriver complained all the way on how my ride would make him late for all his other passengers and they would "not be happy" with him. Thank God and St. Christopher for getting me home safely. That was the longest 23 miles I ever traveled!

My driver Eric.... awesome!!!! I met the owner Joseph when he first started this company and I'm so proud of him!!!However,my return driver..Jim...hello whiplash, locked seatbelt against my neck the entire way home. Tailgating is not ok!! I was not comfortable at all being pinned to my seat the entire way. I would have easily given5 stars had it not been for this incident. The guy clearly likes to make me feel the seat belt. I'll be checking my neck and shoulder area when I get home??

Today one of your vans passed me in a no passing zone. They were in such a hurry that they almost got into a head on collision with the car coming at them and almost hit the front of my van as they made a quick lane change to avoid an accident that could have been avoided if they were obeying the traffic laws.

I love using Sunset Mobility. I call them at least three times a week to arrange transportation for the disabled I work with. They're always on time. They're always friendly. They're always professional. They know me on a first name basis and do whatever they can to help my residents. I wish they were contracted with more Health Insurance Companies so I could use them more!
