Dustin and Jahrel are absolutely amazing. Dustin created a great deal for us and did not pressure us. Which I wish he did because we went and made a mistake signing with another company. And this company really messed a lot of stuff up. Jahrel worked with us for HOURS fixing our mistake and even helping us do many transfers/ phone things.T mobile is great. The people at this store are transparent, honest, kind and honestly just great.

I went in to see if they could help me get a new phone because mine is a few years old now, and they were very helpful. The guy wrote down everything that I needed to do, They couldn't help me in house, but absolutely explained how to go about using my insurance, and wrote it all down for me. Good people there

I typically avoid going to the store locations when I have questions because of the service I’ve received previously from Verizon but it is a completely different experience with T Mobile. Very little waiting…and the staff is great to work with…some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Dustin at the Apache Mall location was phenomenal!

The guy that helped me out was great. No BS and salesman like, he told the truth 100%. 4 stars cause there is always room for improvement. But it was very close to 5 stars.

I walked in to the store this morning and was warmly greeted! I needed a new protective screen for my Apple Watch which they handled very well in a timely manor! They made my watch look like new !

The T Mobile representative fixed my phone problem without having do research on the internet or ask other representatives for help. He really new his stuff. He was able to tell me what was wrong and spent about 15 minutes actively fixing the problem.

Talked to a a young man who went only by an assistant mgr on the phone but seemed very eager to help answer questions over the phone unlike some other locations. We arranged to meet with him thevfollowing day because they did have some of what we needed and could order what they didn't. He alsoo gave the time he himself would be in. When we arrived he was not there. It was a bit early so we waited a bit. Other people showed up and the other employees were not interested in helping the older couple that tried to ask questions but were flirty with girls walking by. The one couple finally gave up and left. It still was about 20 minutes past the time this so called assistant mgr was to meet us and asked the one kid if he could just help us and he said best wait for him if talked to him. He spent the whole time playing some game. The other one asked if he wanted us tocall the guy to see if he was coming. We said we didn't care who helped us as long as someone did. We had been sprint customers for years and had always had great service. Since the merge have not seen or heard people who have not wanted to help people less.

very rude, assistant manager asked to meet him at 1130, had us wait additional 20mins never showed face out of back room, sales clerks were very rude, just got fed up and left. decided to buy new phone elsewhere.

Dylon was super helpful when trying to figure out my mess of an account. Took the time to call multiple lines to figure out what was going on and didn't make waiting super boring and painful. The 3 guys in the other day were all super nice and had great customer service. Thanks guys!
