Constant overcharging of equipment. But they will not refund, only credit your bill. That kept me with them for a long time after each credit. The Manager at this store will go to the back room when there are issues. I assume because she does not want to deal with customer issues. She is a very unhappy person to be leading a store of constant new employees.

This store was amazing!!! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and patient. Every question I asked about my plan, they were transparent, ensuring clarity on both sides. Service was more than exceptional - kudos to the team here!!!

Terrible Service. I went into TMobile on Nov.7th was told to call Customer Service. After calling Customer Service to cancel my Internet I was told to return the router to any store by Dec.6th. On Dec.4th I returned the Router. The rep just said write your number on this post it. I asked do I need a receipt “No” do you need to see my idea “No” on Dec.6th I spoke to a rep using 611 who said my Internet was never marked as returned. I returned to the store & got nothing but lies from the same rep. At first the router was sent out yesterday then Monday then no ups came today. I called 611 back & they said the rep never scanned the router in. I was then given a BOGUS receipt with no name,acct # phone # & was told this is your receipt from the router. The router had not a piece of my info to tie it to me. The rep on the phone said what is the one Imei # on the receipt which did not match . The rep snatched the receipt back as he knew he was caught in so many lies. After getting the receipt back I saw that the receipt said 14:46 for time I went to the store on Monday evening at 17:00 so the receipt was not legit & definitely false as it was 3 hrs before I was even there the rep then snatched the receipt back again after being caught in another lie. I told the rep to document this who was still on the phone hearing the whole conversation. The dishonesty was disgusting & distasteful. If you can don’t go here as the evening crew are lazy & dishonest. If I could give zero stars I would. Below is the young guy who was playing video games the night I dropped my router and he said he scanned it right in. I sat outside in the car for about 5 mins watching him stand there.

Caleb at the crossroads location was so helpful, friendly, and was very knowledgeable about the different benefits and phone plans. He helped me trade in my phone and upgrade to a new plan. Very good customer service.

Randy the store manager was not pleasant to deal with. He was arrogant and not empathetic. A very disheartening experience on day one with T-Mobile.

Stopped in last nite w network issues on our iPhone Store was busy and gentleman paused w the guest he was with to attempt to help us. We were in and out in less than 2 minutes with our issue solved. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

My husband traded his phone in, In August of 2022. He is now being charged for a new device because the man who did the thingy didn’t mark it on the account as a trade. In addition to the trade he paid a 300 deposit for the new phone. I should add, when he called T-mobile he was told he would need to return to the store in person because the information cannot be given over the phone. We live in Oklahoma.

I should give no star for the employees working here. Bad experience ever. Do not come to this location. The sale person (fat guy) was not trained .

This star is not based on the experience by the sales person. He was amazing!We decided not to switch our phones over, but did switch over our home internet. I'm now wishing we would have waited and gone elsewhere. Definitely not worth it. Constantly powering up and rebooting, making it extremely difficult to stream anything. You are too busy reconnecting the connection and you miss out on what you are watching on live TV. When it comes to sports, then that gets extremely frustrating! I have switched us over to another provider and we will be returning theirs.
