Absolutely incredible from start to finish! We are so grateful to have worked with Tiffany. She was always willing to adjust to our difficult schedules, even setting up a video call walkthrough while we were out of town. That showing ended up being the home we now live in, and we are not sure it would have still been available by the time we returned. She consistently went above and beyond to make the process easier for us, and her team was equally outstanding. Thanks to Tiffany’s effort and dedication, what could have been a stressful search turned into an experience that left us feeling supported and confident. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

The best choice! We worked with Tiffany for our move. She was extremely thorough, informative, and helpful for our move to Rochester from out of state. She worked with us on a tight schedule to tour homes and was extremely communicative and proactive with every step from showing to AFTER closing. She is the definition of a professional realtor, and is also friendly, professional, and easy to work with. With Tiffany, you can expect continued support as you move in, too. If you need a professional after purchase for updates (such as a locksmith the rekey your locks or a fence company to install a fence for your dog), she will direct you to the best choice in both quality and cost for each type of repair you may need. I can't imagine how this move could have gone smoother.

Jason and Tiffany should be on the top of your list when considering realtors in the Rochester area! My wife and I were moving from out of state to Rochester for a new job, and we were looking for someone who was knowledgeable about the local market and flexible enough to meet our needs. Now, after moving into our new home, I would go with this team again in a heartbeat. They were extremely courteous, personable, and professional throughout the home buying process, and we were able to rely on them for advice and trust that they had our genuine interests in mind. They helped us find the perfect home for our needs, and I would recommend that Jason and Tiffany are at the top of your list when considering realtors in the Rochester area. 10/10 would recommend !!

Spectacular! Tiffany and her team exceeded my expectations! My husband and I are first time homeowners. Tiffany helped us navigate this process as I finished school, had newborn, and was planning a cross country move. I had an incredibly positive experience when myself and my 2-month old flew out to Rochester to shop for homes with her. Moreover, we were able place and offer and have it accepted on the very first day of our shopping trip. Tiffany and her team ensured we were able to close in just over a month of having our offer accepted. She returned to the property several times and helped us coordinate with contractors to ensure some projects could start immediately after closing. I feel so fortunate that we were recommended Tiffany and had her in our corner throughout the home purchasing process!

Jason was a referral by a friend, and we were not disappointed at all! We were impressed with the number of homes Jason & Tiffany sell each year. Honest, smart, connected, hard-working, and transparent. I cannot say enough about working with Jason and Tiffany. My husband and I have bought two houses with Jason and Tiffany now and each experience was nothing less than seamless. They are an amazing team.
Jason is just a fantastically kind, hard-working, smart and balanced person who knows Rochester real estate so well. Tiffany is incredibly organized and is working hard behind the scenes such that no detail gets overlooked. And no detail ever does.

Jason was great to work with, and never stopped until the deal was finished. We had no intentions to move, but found a property with some land and a very nice home and decided to start the process. We called Jason and Tiffany because we wanted a realtor team that would go the extra mile for us. I know many realtors and decided on Jason and Tiffany because we felt it would be better to have a team of two rather than just one person. I've known Jason and Tiffany for years and they have help other family members of ours. We most valued Jason for the constant updating and incite he had throughout the process. Keeping us informed was huge for us. After helping us get into our new home it was full steam ahead to get our house sold. It was a very weird market at the time we sold, but Jason got the deal done. If you looking to buy or sell i would highly recommend the Carey team to help make the dream come true. Still hard to believe its over.
