I really appreciated how informative and kind the salesman Noah in Rochester,MN was in helping me decide and secure the Honda Sport L I was able to purchase. He guided me with trading in 2 cars and then deciding if I wanted to try a hybrid or not. I did! He checked on me while I was waiting for the title of one of the cars and then sat with me late in the evening going through all the new features of the new car.

I've been purchasing/leasing vehicles with Tom Kadlec Honda since 1984. Today, I leased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid...my 10th vehicle from them. UPDATE: back to FIVE STARS 😊
(1) I understand there’s more to trade-in valuation than KBB… I wanted the Passport that was just being delivered that day so I accepted less than I “wanted” on mine.
(2) the demo was more of an issue cuz it was raining & I didn’t want it getting wet inside just to see things I already understood… I should’ve been more vocal on my wishes.
& (3) I didn’t call, or research, the remote start issue when my Honda Link, unexpectedly, expired. Thank you for explaining this so I can cancel that service & use the fob.

Initially, in June, I gave a 5⭐️ review… more so for the love of my new Passport than the actual buying experience. Despite my trade-in being “perfect” I still could only get the lowest end of value. Explained I don’t like people touching “my stuff” & had watched many TrailSport review videos, Josh still insisted on showing me everything & changing settings in the menu. I’m on my 20th new car purchase so told the finance guy I never buy extended warranty & got a cold, borderline rude reaction. Told Josh “free” remote start is important, my understanding the car comes with this service, & unhappy that one of my previous vehicles had a ‘trial turned monthly charge’, & he assured me “just use the app or key fob”. I asked for that in writing & he said they didn’t have that, it’s just “a built in feature & on window sticker”. Come to find out, after 3 months, Honda Link, which is needed to use remote start, is $10/month! Still love my vehicle, but wish the ‘special-ness’ of the experience wasn’t overshadowed by these details.

Purchased a 2026 Honda HRV from Tom Kadlec Honda in Rochester MN this week. I worked with salesperson Areia Grafton for several months finding the right car for me and my needs.
When I first walked into the dealership this summer, I specifically asked if there was a woman salesperson. The fantastic receptionist Connie introduced me to Areia. Right from that moment, I knew this place had good vibes and truly was there to serve the customer. They are not just about the numbers and making deals. They put people first. Areia ensured all my million questions were always answered timely, thoroughly, professionally and with care. She was patient with my need to take this big decision slowly and with a lot of thought. She never pushed a timeline on me. Areia prioritized building a rapport and working relationship with me that made this experience positive all the way through. I highly recommend Areia to anyone looking to find the next vehicle right for them.
I am thrilled to say I am part of the Tom Kadlec Honda family now and am excited about my new HRV!

I will never bring any of my vehicles here again. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled 8:30 oil change appointment. At 9:45 the service manager came out and told me that my truck had not been worked on yet. He said the guy grabbed the wrong truck to do instead of mine. If these workers can't even grab the correct vehicle to work on, what else are they messing up. He asked me what day would work to reschedule my appointment, I told him I will not be rescheduling for this place.
