On 10/18/25 we purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento at TOM'S KIA in Rochester, MN. Our experience was great. From the time we met our salesperson, Isaiah Olson everything went smoothly. Isaiah was very friendly and never used any high pressure methods with us. He continued to show us different cars until we found the one that fit our needs. After we picked the car we liked, he continued to help us with all closing items. We couldn't have picked a better dealership or salesperson. Everything with our car buying experience was perfect. We would highly recommend TOM'S dealership and Isaiah Olson to everyone.

My purchase experience with Adam at Tom Kadlec Kia in Rochester was wonderful. Adam was extremely professional. He listened carefully to help me determine which vehicle would best suit my driving needs. He did not exert any pressure to purchase extras, just presented options I could pursue if I wanted. He arranged financing that was designed for my benefit, not the dealership bottom line. I could not be happier with my vehicle or the exceptional service Adam delivered! Five stars!

We had the wonderful opportunity to work with Anthony Valez in searching for our new car. Anthony was focused on helping us find what WE were looking for in a new car and after hearing our needs and preferences, pointed us to the car he thought might work. After test driving this vehicle we were pretty sold. We had one other car from another dealership we wanted to consider before we made a final decision. Anthony made himself available to answer comparative questions real time through text as we worked with the other dealership. We chose to go with the Kia Niro and it has been the best decision so far. We love it. Being on the receiving end of Anthony’s customer focus helped us make that decision. We will be repeat customers of Anthony and we have found the dealership to be great to work with as well.
