I’ve bought scrubs for over 10 years and it feels like Sally has been there the majority of the times I go in. Today I went in and she took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for after trying on what felt like every pair. She is so patient and helpful! Thank you Sally!!

Excellent service by Sally and great selection of brands, styles, and colors. Earlier reviews were quite negative but my experience and my son’s at a prior visit were both positive. They will order if something is not in stock and the corporate discount granted was very appreciated. Sally also looked up my son’s size from his visit when I wanted to buy him a second jacket. Very helpful overall.

I was hesitant to visit due to the concerning reviews left on Google. However, I went anyways, as I found Scrubs & Beyond disappointing. Please give this shop a chance! I received the best customer service! The lady was extremely sweet and helpful! She was not pushy and allowed me to shop independently as well! When I did need assistance, she was able to offer me numerous solutions. The selection is decent here. But what I appreciate most is that they can order anything you need in your size/color if they do not have it.. for no additional charge! Also 20% discount for ANY healthcare worker!!

I should have read reviews, as it seems I had a similar experience to many others. I was in looking at compression socks and my two kids were SITTING on the benches used to try on shoes.. about 5 feet from where I was. They were moving around, but not in any way loud or behaving badly. The woman with short hair came from behind the counter to RUDELY say “I don’t want them jumping on those!”I have never been scolded like that in a store. And trust me, had they been “jumping” on anything I would have been the first to scold them.I will not be back. I am completely disgusted at how I was treated, seemingly for just having kids with me. Needless to say I left immediately, without buying what I need.Horrible experience. Scrubs & Beyond will get my money from now on.

I went to buy my first pair of scrubs for my first hospital job, and I was very excited until it was ruined by the older lady that works there.I am on the taller side so I wanted to try on mens scrubs and she came over and grabbed them out of my hand saying that “these are for men”. I proceeded to try on the women scrubs and she made a snarky comment to me saying, “wow you’re really not having much luck are you.” She made a few comments under her breath as well during my time there.Overall awful experience, and I will not be returning there to purchase scrubs.If you want to be degraded and talked badly about, this is the place for you.

The lady behind the counter has no business behind the counter. She is beyond rude. Yeah they have a good selection of scrubs but it's not worth your dignity to buy them here.

Our daughter started a new job and needed some scrubs. Kim, who typically works in the Maple Grove store, shared her product knowledge to help us to find the perfect combination of color, fit, and price. She was pleasant and professional. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Every time I come here I unfortunately get the older blond lady with the short hair and over the top customer service voice. Every single time she is so rude to me. Today I was looking at specific scrubs and she shouts across the store “those are men’s scrubs” 1) who said I’m shopping for me 2) why can’t I buy men’s scrubs 3) you don’t know if I’m male or female. I try and come here to support local businesses but I just cannot stand her and her condescending voice.

Terrible customer service. The place was empty and the lady "helping" us was very rude. I asked for a specific color and I was told that it was an uncommon color and that itd be a waste of money for the store to order in that color. On top of it all, she scolded my child for touching the headbands they had for sale and told me to keep an eye on him. Will not be taking my business there and will definitely tell co-workers about this mistreatment.

The hours listed online say the store is open until 7pm... this is not true as there are temporary hours listed on a small sheet of printed paper on the door of the building. Regardless, I walked into the store at 5:55pm and began looking around. The lady working the front register hollered from across the store that the store closes at 6:00pm and that I had one minute before that time.
