The check-in process is easy and returning a trailer is just as easy. Service is described as incredibly helpful and kind, with thorough explanations. The location can be very busy with only one employee at times, who handles all customers and paperwork. A noted issue is a lack of space for incoming and outgoing traffic at the location.

They were amazing. We came in with no reservation and they were so helpful. Milo was exceptional when checking us out. Fast, kind and very good at his job. I love uhaul and well always choose them.
