Opened an account with US Bank, and there was issues receiving the card in the mail, but when I called the 1800 number they were great about getting that’s situated for me. They expedited me a new card & told me to go into the branch to get a temp one until my card comes in. The tellers at this branch location are very rude and unhelpful. When I asked them for a temp card they told me that they would be unable to do that, and they were very dismissive and rude when I was asking questions. I then went to the branch location on Commerce and they were beyond helpful and got me a temp card immediately!! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! Go to commerce Dr… you will get better service, in my experience at least.

I wish to thank Cindi, the branch manager, and Chelsey, an employee who continue to greet me when I enter their Bank Branch, have helped me throughout my association with their Bank in professional kind ways. No matter how busy they may be, they always have a smile, kind word, calmness, professionalism to help me with all I have needed. Thank you! I highly recommend this branch!

The staff is totally incompetent. They froze my debit card (which I did not ask for!! It was super alarming, because I was trying to buy coffee in the morning to discover my card had been frozen!!), they mailed cheques to the wrong address, and told me there would be a $30 fee for wire transfer, which is false.Whoever is responsible for training them needs to get their stuff together!

I've been coming here ever since I purchased my home The first year was OK but then the second year every time I come I wait at least 30 minutes before somebody can help me drive-through 45 Currently be waiting for 35min

Staffs are sometimes friendly and most of the time bit rude. I don't have to wait for long when I visited last time though. My problem solved but took some time.

I have to use this location everyday for work. I know there is a shortage of coins but to constantly be only giving us one roll of each is unrealistic. I need to run a business and I shouldn't have to use my personal bank to get coins. Why can I get coin at every other bank but not this one? The tellers have no sense of urgency. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Which is quite a bit for how long I wait eveyday -- over an hour most days.

When I originally set my account up with Barry I told him that I don't want to occur any overdraft fees if possible and asked him to not allow me to spend more than I actually have in my account with my Visa card. Last night I received three overdraft charges. I came to the bank today to talk with Barry and he told me that I never opted in to this overdraft protection plan. Why in God's Good Name would I ever want the bank to let me spend more money than I actually have? I'm very frustrated with this bank and I am closing my account tomorrow.

I typically don't come to this US Bank but I was on this side of town. The woman who helped me was super sweet. I dont recall her name but she had an accent. The thing that disgusted me the most was another employee using the word "retarded". To simply throw that word out especially when customers are present is horrid. I will be making the extra trip to the other side of town. Very unprofessional.
