If I could give them a zero star review I would. Worst customer service I have ever seen. We filed a fraud complaint about some charges that were posted to our account, and what do they do, they close both of our accounts without telling us, leaving us with absolutely no access to money. Branch manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Literally no compassion for the fact that they were leaving us with nothing right around the Christmas holidays. I have banked with US Bank since I was 18, and we will be fully switching banks because of this experience.

Terrible customer service. Lady was screaming at her co-worker in the back then came out and gave me attitude about opening an account for my son. Told her I was going to move my accounts as this behavior is unnecessary and she told me I probably should.
