There's always plenty of employees to help out, my questions get answered and it's typically a quick in & out experience all things considered. This is definitely my recommended post office in Rochester MN.

Good USPS office. Employees are nice and professional.

We visited in between Christmas and New Years to buy some stamps and send Xmas cards and service was fast and efficient by a very knowledgeable employee. Not sure why the bad reviews, but this is a very good USPS location!
