Ongoing issue of getting a notification stating package delivered in package locker. Go to get the key out of my mailbox and no key.... They have put the key in the wrong mailbox... Forget about calling.. No one picks up. Now we're in for the weekend. The heat is on. The items are heat sensitive. Am at the mercy of whoever has the key for the package locker...I literally can not count how many times this has happened.

The person who delivers to my address is unreliable. I've had many packages be delivered to the wrong address when my address is clearly on the label. This needs to be looked into honestly.

The new dilivery man is marking all my packages as an adress that's non existing and it's almost xmas and they are being returned to senders or refunded.
I have cameras so i know They are not even looking for my adress and I assure you it has been an existing adress for many years and I have not moved.
This is getting ridiculous...if the man hired to diliver mail can't do his job correctly he probably shouldn't work on routes and just work in the building.

This is the 3rd time a package has been marked delivered and has been lost. You try to call them and the phone just rings and rings. You file a missing package report and they do nothing! The mail lady keeps putting my packages in the wrong mail boxes!!!

As far as post offices go, it's a large, spacious building & it's usually pretty quiet.

I’ve been to this post office on a few different occasions and generally, they’re pretty OK. Like most post offices. Today, I had John as my sales clerk. An older gentleman with glasses. He was just rude. Not customer Friendly and didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I was there for an Amazon return and specifically asked regarding restrictions and Options for returning an item -He was very little help.

they are very rude !! elder guy in the front puts zero effort to try & help, i wittiness him being annoyed of a customer he was trying to help… lady in the back is even ruder, she talked to me in a very demanding way & she even said “are you going to let me finish?” as me the customer trying to explain something. I’m sorry but that is very rude & she has no sympathy for a customer in trying to help. She basically told me it was my fault my package was sent back to the carrier & even if it was she has no right to talk to me they way she did. very bad at customer service.

Again, no mail delivery nor any pickup today. What I placed in my box this morning at 10 am is still there, and it likely won't get to where it needs to be on time. I am so sick of the lousy service we are getting. All we get are excuses. Nothing improves.

Postal service in my area of SE Rochester, MN, has gotten quite pathetic. It's been really bad for a while now, but these past few months it seems to be hitting new lows on a regular basis. Here is just a sampling of what we've experienced, just recently:--We usually only receive mail about half the days of the week.--We often receive our neighbors mail. A lot of times this appears to be important mail, deserving of prompt delivery to the rightful owner (e.g., insurance-related, bank-related, etc.).--An Amazon package was placed on top of our rural mailbox, inviting "porch" pirates to a free and convenient gift this holiday season. This is despite the fact that our front door, where it should have been placed, is literally about 50 feet away from our mailbox.--For some crazy reason, they decided to not deliver an envelope with 5 small packets of vegetable seeds to my mailbox. Instead, I received an email stating I had to go in to the post office to pick it up. I've had countless seed orders delivered out here over the past 10 years. Never have they declined to deliver them. So, instead they prefer I add to the congestion of their offices about a week before Christmas. That's surely to be a good time to be had for all.--A family Christmas card was delivered torn in half. But, USPS was kind enough to deliver it in a plastic bag emblazoned with "USPS" and stated "We Care" (ya, you care, you betcha!)Oh, there's more. This is just a sampling of what we've had to deal with.Awful. What ever has happened to what used to be a respected and reliable organization? I'm sure they have lots of excuses. Unfortunately, there is no excuse.

They keep sending my son mail back with no reason other than undeliverable. It’s his food stamp card and we have been trying to call for days to speak to the post master and no one EVER answers the phone! All times of the day! My son is 18 & in college 14hrs away from me and they are making this so hard to get rectified. Food stamp people can’t help us but to keep trying to resend it! This is ridiculous that absolutely no one is answering the phone!
