Great place with good customer service - they take the time to get it done right. Lesson learned don’t purchase from Verizon over the phone - go to the store directly! Mine was so messed up having them do it over the phone for our three orders. Only negative is having to make appointments otherwise you wait hours.

Horrible customer service! At this point, T-Mobile has far superior coverage and actual humans that can assist you at the store. Don't let the autonomous drones in this store trick you into thinking they're people.

bought a new Samsung Galaxy S9+ back in April, they didn't have any screen protectors in stock, sales rep said he would call me when they had them in. It's now end of June and I haven't heard back.
Phil Wolter is probably the worst employee I've ever dealt with at any Verizon wireless location.

Not a good experience AT ALL! I went to make a payment to the store and used the little payment machine. I put my visa card in and made a 200.00 payment to my Jetpack. Well it never showed I paid it, as a result they did a mini investigation which resulted in a payment to someone elses account! The employees were not supportive or helpful to me at ALL! I am closing my account and would never suggest using Verizon for any type of phone or tv or internet purpose!

Severely understaffed. Express pickup? Good luck, it won’t recognize your number. If you enjoy waiting, this is the place for you!

I went in to upgrade a phone and it was the best experience EVER with Ellie. She assisted us plus switched plans where started saving money. It truly was a great experience and this will be my future store.

I went in to this location to switch my service to Verizion from another provider. There were a few hiccups along the way. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and patient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new phone and service!

Why do we continue to make reservations if they are NEVER accountable for them. Always an excuse!

We updated phones and iPad. Had Orion as our verizon rep. Very knowledgeable. Was all professional and fairly quick. After leaving had trouble with some items, went back and again, had expert help. Very patient with us. Staff appear to get along well and will ask each other for assistance if they run into issues. This is a good place for knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff.

Attempted to call the store to make an appointment to upgrade our plan and purchase a new phone for my wife. When I called the number I get AI answering, then a representative with a major language barier. Meanwhile time is wasted. Bad irony here that you "can't call the phone company" and feel like they don't want to talk to you. Assume AI will respond to this, maybe. Will have to stop by in person, that should go well.

They won't help you if you don't have a driver's license. Forgot your driver's license? Sorry they don't want to help you. Lost your driver's license? Sorry they don't want to help you. Don't even have a driver's license? Sorry they don't want to help you. I can verify who I am by name, date of birth, social security, address, phone number, work ID, and whatvever else to prove I am who I am. But apparently they only want a driver's license or passport, that's the only way they are willing to help with you with your problem of Verizon overcharging an extra $110 on your bill. Meanwhile you call the Verizon customer line and all they ask is your first and last name. Sure sounded like they just didn't want to help customers solve their problems that Verizon created.
