Attempted to call the store to make an appointment to upgrade our plan and purchase a new phone for my wife. When I called the number I get AI answering, then a representative with a major language barier. Meanwhile time is wasted. Bad irony here that you "can't call the phone company" and feel like they don't want to talk to you. Assume AI will respond to this, maybe. Will have to stop by in person, that should go well.

They won't help you if you don't have a driver's license. Forgot your driver's license? Sorry they don't want to help you. Lost your driver's license? Sorry they don't want to help you. Don't even have a driver's license? Sorry they don't want to help you. I can verify who I am by name, date of birth, social security, address, phone number, work ID, and whatvever else to prove I am who I am. But apparently they only want a driver's license or passport, that's the only way they are willing to help with you with your problem of Verizon overcharging an extra $110 on your bill. Meanwhile you call the Verizon customer line and all they ask is your first and last name. Sure sounded like they just didn't want to help customers solve their problems that Verizon created.

When I pre-ordered my new phone the fella said once it shows up pop in and we will help you set it up no problem. I got the new phone and popped in and they said to help me set it up was an additional $29.99, he didn't tell me I'd have pay additional when I ordered it... yall need to be more informative it was very upsetting.... I am not happy with the customer service that was received... everything was handled very poorly and it needs to change...

Switched to a Verizon business plan. Saving over $100 a month on phone and internet. And the internet is faster and more reliable than spectrum. Had great customer service. John was very helpful.

Version is the best of all the most important things to get a good deal on a business plan can also help us to be able to have done ✔️ and I would like to be there on time ⏲️ and I am going to have to take a look ? and get back with them tomorrow morning if that works out for the same day or not going to be there

I visited this store in late May, my experience was a waste of time and taught me a lot about Verizon as a company, their views on customer service, their support structure for their employees and their customers.I went to this store to get a prepaid phone. This is a simple task at most phone carriers, but not at a satellite store like this. The phone I was wanting is a free phone with a 2 month unlimited prepaid plan. I learned after over an hour that this is not possible at satellite stores as they are not actual full service Verizon corporate stores. These stores really exist to sell regular phone plans with a very limited selection of phones and accessories. So if you really want to do business with Verizon, save your time, as it's something you can't ever get back and go to a real Verizon store or choose a different carrier.The person working was very helpful and deserves 5 stars. He called his internal support, this was offshore team that kept passing him around until he finally gave up on them. Their service seemed designed to not be helpful, even to their own employees. I understood this after his conversation with his district manager. The district manager didn't know the services being offered, it was apparent he didn't want bothered and made the offshore teams effort make sense. The manager did try to help, but didn't have the authority to.If I could give no stars I would. Verizon has found a support structure for their employees that embodies customer disservice. The district manager of this area must be proud.

The district manager is as poor a manager as I’ve seen in a very long time. This store is going to change a customer that just spent, nearly $ 1,000 , 29.95 each and every time that customer asks a question about the product he just bought. Especially, the very DAY AFTER the purchase. My comment is that version has to be extremely hard up for managers. He is a terrible mentor for staff under him.

Clifford was amazing. We were having difficulty transferring phone number, and getting Sims to work with my cell. Took a few hours. He remained positive, patient, and interactive.

My 91 yr old mother went back to the store on 6/14/23 to ask a service representative to download her contacts again. She had purchased a new phone 2 weeks prior and paid $29 to have her contacts transferred to her new phone, but unfortunately some of them were missing. When she was finally helped, the service rep replied to her, "Sure, and that will be another $29 to download your contacts again. You should have made sure you had all of your contacts before you left the store." Unbelievable and so angering to hear someone make a comment like that. How many of us would ever know that we had a contact missing, let alone a 91 yr old. They are clearly trying to rip off the elderly!

Knowledgeable but 0 “Customer Service” bland closed ended response. They recommended I “go to Best Buy” got it will do! All I wasted was to buy a new phone out right no need to mess with my account.

5 stars to the 3 gentleman(Clifford,Pierre,and Ehric)working at this Verizon store. Their guest service,knowledge, and friendliness was refreshing and much appreciated! If your in the area and need cell phone service or merchandise this is the place to go!

Overall a good experience. Long-term employees so you can build a relationship over time. Suggest making an appointment using the Verizon app or website as wait times can be lengthy.

Very disappointed with service. I work till 6 drove a half hour to get there and was told they couldn't help us cause the store closed at 7 this was 635 and was told we had to set up appointment very disappointed and have always gone to this store
