My phone broke during work and I need it for my job, so I was in a real hurry and they knew that and said they would accommodate.
The manager came out of his office after an hour of his sales reps struggling with long interactions with customers and constantly going into his office for help.
At 330 in the afternoon the manager came out and talked to me about my situation, including a limited time frame, talked to me about my situation, and instead of helping me talked to his sales reps about going fishing and left.
I asked him if he thought the sales rep could finish with the current customer and me in the next hour he said yes of course won't be a problem at all. I spent the next hour and half waiting and had to go back to work, and come back right at close after work and keep the sales rep there and hour after close.
The sales rep told me the manager took the job to, I quote, "keep some other ashore from getting the job"
So he's either lazy or incompetent and has no problem ignoring customers I the middle of a Thursday to go fishing, screwing both me and his employee. Maybe if you can't do the job properly, don't do it?

Nic at the north store was very helpful and knowledgeable of my Samsung phone. Nic cleaned up my junk apps and answered every question we had. Thank you for helping me. 5 stars for sure. One thing I forgot to ask about turning up volume on
messages coming in. Very good visit.

(This five star review is for Michael the sales rep, not Verizon or Victra.)
I had a really positive experience with Michael C. at this Victra and wanted to share. I had set up a 6pm appointment through the international call center that the company uses - but I told them that there was no way I could make the appointment on time because it was a two hour drive away. They assured me it was fine but I knew that it was going to take time to set up my new phone. Of course traffic slowed me down even more. I get there at 6:40 and there’s only the one employee and you can tell he’s in a challenging situation. He’s on the phone with customer service trying to help an in-store customer and the store closes in 20 minutes. He greets me though and says he’ll be with me as soon as he can. I sit and wait while he gets the other customer taken care of. I let him know that I’m his 6pm appointment and he checks and apparently the appointment didn’t go through. (Thanks corporate call center.)
Even though it was closing time he got me all sorted with my new phone, new plan, AND he helped an elderly gentlemen with his tech issue while my phone was setting up. He answered my questions and we chatted about life. 45 minutes past closing I walked out the door, happy with my new phone and accessories.
The world isn’t an easy place right now folks. We have no idea what other people are going through.

I was really impressed with how much help I got from this store even though I didn’t buy my 16 promax from them, but Ashton helped me resolve my connection issues with my new phone. I bought my phone from the store on 16th st. Sw by Apache Mall and she told me to call Apple store instead of helping me resolve my connection. It was nothing wrong with my phone to call Apple. If you need new phone or anything go them instead of the 16th st. One

I was very disappointed with how my experience went today at this store. My phone of 6 years finally gave out while I was working, which I have to use for work. When I got to the store, I mentioned that I was currently working and would like to try and make this as quick as we could but to also be thorough. Associate, Ashton was friendly but very uneducated and very inexperienced on products, plans and things he should and shouldn’t say. Tried to sell me on different plans and many additional products, after I committed to buying a specific phone. He also stated that if I changed my plan then it would be “minimal money out the door”. I ended up changing plans because it was cheaper but there was no difference from old plan to new plan, and he couldn’t explain that when I pointed it out to him. He said, “that’s the way they’re doing things right now”. He then told me if I used my phone as a trade in then I wouldn’t have to pay anything, so I agreed. After an hour of waiting for him to do something, other than asking my hobbies, he gave me an estimate on how much I’d be paying. I reminded him three times that he told me I wouldn’t be paying anything by switching plans and trading in the old phone. He said, “I didn’t say that. You must’ve misheard me”. I said, “I didn’t mishear or misunderstand you. You told me if I did those things that I wouldn’t be paying anything today. That’s why I did it”. He said, “oh.. sorry”. While the information was transferring, he then applied the “liquid glass” screen protector, didn’t ask me if I wanted it, just put it on. It’s a $70.00 additional charge that they never mentioned or asked me about. After over two hours of being in the store, just trying to get the same brand phone, I ended up paying $300. Employees that are that new shouldn’t be doing all of this without a trainer with them. He asked for help several times due to being so new, but can still tell people they won’t pay anything if they do certain things. And then end up paying $300. Definitely won’t be coming back to this store and this will almost certainly be my last phone with Verizon. I know nothing will come out of this, especially the $300 I was told I wasn’t going to pay. Or the two and a half hours of work I missed. But store leadership needs to know so this can be corrected in their “training program”.

Michael, was very helpful. He suggested many products and accessories for us to add with our phone packages. He was calm and answered our numerous questions about the products he showed us. We did experience porting issue from my old carrier which customer service from both Verizon and my old carrier were able to resolve. 4 out of 5 only because of the porting issue.

Very disappointed and bad experience. We made an appointment for 2pm just to be told that it was first come first serve. Wouldn’t you grab those that made an effort to put in an appointment? Just very disappointment.
