We had Pier help us getting new iPhones for our family. He went above and beyond! He was patient and calm, friendly and pleasant, polite and caring, and knowledgeable about the service and the phones. He answered all of our questions and concerns with respect and fairness. He was very helpful. It was a long process switching our phones but he proceeded the process one by one by one with care and we felt he was very trustworthy. We felt we were very lucky that we had him assist us. The best customer service experience we’ve ever had! Thank you, Pier! We will spread good words about this Verizon agency I town :-)

Customer Service at this store gets an abosolute ZERO, he was intoxicated at 1:30 p.m. today and being disrespectful with his approach. He lied to me. The individual the other day, when I picked up the device, had scratches around his eye and commented it being from his dog. His first and only concern was to upsale me on additional products after telling him it had been nearly 2 months since my original purchase and I had already paid money upfront. Verizon shipped a used device in a new package, claiming it to be a new device. So, I ordered another device and received it to only find out that the eSIM was non-functional. The device had been activated and then deactivated sometime between activation and the following day when I attempted to access the internet. I purchased a separate line for this product to be a stand alone device. I have spent nearly $14,000 at Verizon, since establishing my account in 2017, and I recently purchased a Samsung Z Fold 3. The telephone support throughout this entire process has been horrible, too. I indicated contacting the Fraud Department with my banking institution and the Better Business Bureau and other Third Parties as many as necessary to resolve to this issue. I could tell by his demeanor, he had ficticious issues with me upon arrival. It was so embarrassing, how he attempted to lower me beneath himself in order to communicate with me, and my complaint and return did not me anything, unless there was an upsale. I do not like his approch, he is very disrespectful.

Worked with Nick. Great experience. Patient, competent, I believe honest, and very helpful. Took his time with me (even though store is understaffed.) I asked for his contact info in case I had any problems - was glad to give it to me. Job well done!

I tried to give them time to get our account right, but wow they can't do anything right. They screw up everything and i keep having to go in to fix things. I will not be renewing our family with Verizon because of this location. I love Verizon for the 14+ years until i went here.

Decided to get new phone and switched from Android to iPhone. I don’t have much knowledge or what iPhone I was looking for. I was assisted by Nicholas. He was knowledgeable about phones and deal options and very patience answering all of my questions. It was a very smooth and easy purchased experience for me. Poor customer experience. Did not receive a call/notification about an order placed for pick up to store. Multiple efforts to connect online or phone did not work. This particular store also wanted to charge heavily on bundles that dont come with the device but insist heavily on the customer getting it. Overall a very poor experience.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and money and go to the Verizon Corporate store. The employees and manager of this store will flat out lie to you and sell you things you don't need, or won't work with what you have. If you buy a new phone and don't want them to set it up for you, they will charge you $40/phone and $20/watch. They tell you "that's how Verizon pays its employees and even the corporate store does this. There is no way to not pay this." LIE! The Verizon Corporate store has an OPTIONAL $29 charge for 1 item and for 2 or more it's $49. If you can set up your own phone, you do not pay this. I was told the new phones don't have charging bricks and cords, so I would need to get these items. That is half true. It does not come with a block, but does come with a cord. I was also sold a wireless charger that works until you put your own case on your phone. Only one employee (Michael) did not lie to me and was helpful. Everyone else I dealt with is either poorly trained, or will tell you anything to pad their own sale. Either way, avoid this store at all costs. If you take your phone in for any reason (even to get a new screen protector or have them do 10 seconds worth of work) it will cost you $40. I would give this a negative 2 stars if the option was there. I almost cancelled my entire Verizon account because of this store.

Although the store was very busy, the Sales rep went out of his way to greet everyone and let them know he will get to them as soon as possible.
