“WOW! As someone passing through town and dealing with the unfortunate circumstance of needing immediate help for my 5 month old puppy, Dr. Mark Wenner kindly found a way to squeeze us in same day. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and kind, and overall there is a very calm atmosphere in this clinic. Dr. Mark Wenner was extremely detailed and made me feel seen and heard regarding my puppy’s concerns. He thoroughly checked every part of my puppy and came up with a solid game plan. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. If you are someone who deeply cares about their pet, your furry family member will be taken care of here. It is located in a very safe and well populated area. Absolutely would recommend!”

“Love Banfield, confused by the negative reviews. I was recommended by the shelter that I adopted my dog from in 2017 and we have been signed up for their wellness plan ever since. When my dog had an allergic reaction and they were fully booked, they somehow fit him in that day. I can tell the assistance their really care about my dog with how they interact with him. Also, their app is also really convenient for scheduling and you are able to talk to a vet on it 24/7. Have not had any issues with the service itself, however the clinic is in Pet Smart, so it is a little inconvenient trying to avoid other dogs if you have a reactive dog.”
