“They were all very professional. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, and the doctor was very knowledgeable regarding our little girl's (dog's) heart condition, and I trust her advice/recommendations.”

“We had to put our almost 13 year old golden retriever Komet down today!! Veterarian Polly Lewis is 10+++ doctor. She not only cares about her patients but also their family. She has been our vet since our sweet boy was 7 1/2 weeks old. She had tears rolling down her face when he passed and was very compassionate towards us...We Love You Dr Lewis”

“Love taking our two little dogs here! So grateful that they also can do chiropractic adjustments as well on them (which they needed). The staff is great! The office isn't fancy, but it's clean and comfy. And Dr Bjorson is just awesome!!! So glad I switched! ?”

“I just finished boarding my four Corgis for about a week here. The staff took such good care of them! They even washed all their bedding when it was dirty. The entire staff at VCA go above and beyond for their clients. One of our Corgis also has cancer. VCA has been wonderful in helping us in this situation as well. I highly recommend!”

“Even though I did ultimately have to have a pet put down, I really appreciated the service and personalized care I received from Dr. Toddie and everyone at this facility. They were extremely caring and responsive to all my concerns from the very beginning. Dr. Toddie even emailed me with advice before I could bring my pet in. When it was finally time to say goodbye, the entire staff was so kind and caring. They took time to answer all of our questions, and explained everything in a professional but compassionate way. They do not allow you to be in the room during the actual euthanasia FYI, but we felt it was all handled very well. I'm so glad I found this clinic to take such excellent care of my dear friend in his last days.”

“Called in to inquire whether the emergency vet was something we needed to consider. I was given options, and ultimately we decided to continue monitoring my dog and go on a bland diet to slow/ stop the vomiting and diarrhea. The person on the phone was extremely informative and very patient with me. While we didn't end up bringing our dog in, the suggestions and information given was extremely helpful. Thank you!”

“I’ve been going to banfield for about a year now for my dog. It has been quick and easy, and the staff are always very nice to me and my dog Liliana. To the point my dog LOVES going to the vet, even when we just go to petsmart she always wants to go back there. I’m not sure if the vets love Liliana more or if it’s the other way around. But being someone who’s always hd dogs who HATED the vet to having a dog who LOVES the vet it’s very refreshing. Plus I love that every time we get meds someone writes her name and decorates the bag, i love the little extra touch. Everyone always compliments Liliana and there’s always outstanding service.Last Sunday my dog was attacked by a pitbull and was bleeding. We had immediately taken her to the ER Vet in rochester and they just didn’t have enough space or staff to take her in, plus just the exam alone would cost about $230+. I decided to bring her to her primary vet (Banfield) and they got her in right away. One of the few vets in Rochester Open at 9AM on a Sunday. They got her in and treated her and because we have the wellness plan her exam and medications were under $100 for an emergency visit! She is since healing well and has a follow up coming up which I know she is VERY excited to go back, she always comes out happy and smiling ?”
