“We switched our German Shepherd’s vet care to Quarry Hill today and we are so glad we made the change. The looks of this breed often instills fear or hesitation (hence why we left our previous vet), but we didn’t experience this at all here. Our sweet dog (with no prior aggressive behaviors) finally got the thorough exam he deserves! Dr. Anderson asked questions, gave recommendations and showed that she cared. Every staff member we engaged with was kind and thoughtful.”
“Dr.Loren is awesome!!! He spent a lot of time with Misty giving her a complete once over. Ran her blood and diagnosed her with hyperthyroidism all in one visit. Definitely recommend.”

“I’ve had such a wonderful experience with VCA Cascade Animal Medical Centre. They helped our kitties through the entire process of preparing for our move to Australia. It’s been a long, paperwork‑heavy journey, and the whole team has been consistently kind, patient, and excellent at what they do.
They also handled our two scaredy‑cats incredibly well — especially when they absolutely refused to take a pill. The staff stayed calm, gentle, and so reassuring throughout it all.
A special thank you to Dr. Meisch and Kim — both incredibly professional with outstanding attention to detail. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!”

“I see a lot of bad reviews for pet grooming. I don't know anything about that, but I came in last night for some cat food and really had a great experience. The salesperson who helped me was Tyler. He was fantastic! He showed me all sorts of cat foods that might work for my cat and explained differences between the various brands. I really appreciated the time he took with me. So far, my cat likes what we bought. I will be back for the great selection and knowledgeable sales staff. Thank you Tyler!”

“I've been so heartbroken from my pet's passing away, I haven't been able to write a review until now. 3 years 3 months and 1 day ago, my childhood cat, Grandpa, was severely declining and we took him in. He was nearly 20 years old and had been healthy until a few days before then. It was really hard seeing how much pain he was in and it was clear he didn't have much left in him. Throughout the entire process and procedure, Dr. Finkel was very compassionate and reassuring. He guided us through what to expect and what he was going to do. He let me hold Grandpa while he gave him the injections. Afterwards, he left the room and gave us time to grieve and leave when we felt ready. My grandma and mother still take their other two pets here, and they are always taken care of. After taking my own cat to a few other vets (I moved away from Rochester), I can confidently say this is the best vet clinic we've ever interacted with. Thank you guys for all you've done to take care of my family's pets.”
