Aptly named Rapid as they are fast efficient friendly and very knowledgeable on not only towing but also diagnosis and assisting in roadside repairs

Royal was awesome! He came all the way from Rochester to pick me up in Sparta, WI for a flat, while one else around WI would come around and pick me up. Guy is a Saint!

Hopefully someone can be saved by this review!! A friend of mine bought a truck from the owner on 11/4 for 5800$. He was allegedly selling it for his gpa. He drove 7 hours round trip and the following day when transferring the title was told that this wasn't the most current title so it couldn't be transferred. So he calls him and he says I'll call ya back tmrw and try and figure it out. Well the following day he couldn't figure it out so he said I still have your cash right here if you wanna bring it back. So we take another 7 hour round trip down there. Except for when we get there he doesn't have the cash he instead expects us to leave the truck and he writes something up saying the money will be wire transferred the next day. He tells us he'll do it first thing in the morning. Or he said wait 17 days and he can force the title through.. which who is gonna give up 6k and still not have a truck. Well don't hear back till about 2pm the next day cuz he allegedly was working till 7am. So then why wouldn't you do it when you left work? Well wire transfer doesn't come through and he changes it up and says if he waits he can have the other title by Friday.... at this point we obviously see we're not gonna get the money back. So then Friday comes around and he'll have it by 4:30 which later switches to he'll call us at 6pm and let us know when he has title in hand. ( that his aunts supposed to be bringing. Well we decided we're gonna he down there by 6 and not leaving without the truck or money... We get down there and truck is parked outside of shop after he said it would be kept inside and not moved... he tells us he's at home waiting for title and then all the sudden at Burger King but tells us to meet him at his house. I had a bad feeling but we went there anyways. Right as we turn on his road he's turning right in front if us in the very truck that was just at the shop!!! So obviously he lied and was in the shop and we caught him by surprise.. so we tell him that as long as he writes out bill of sale along with title that we should be able to make that work. He says ok but then insists on taking the plates off and wouldn't you know it the title is missing out if the truck and he doesn't know where it went. Well my buddy had a pic signed by both parties so we figured that's better than nothing. We go to leave and there's no keys in it and he claims he left them in the cup holder and doesn't know where they went... (sure) then cops a tough guy attitude with me when I get in his case cuz obviously if we had them we'd already be on the road. He says no biggie I have a guy that cuts keys so he'll have him come right now. Well of course this guy can't make it till morning. So do we wait? So we're supposed to now take a truck with no title only bill of sale, a cut key with no fab and no plates..... we finally decide to just let the authorities handle it and on the way home he has the nerve to text my buddy saying that he did a bill of sale as is and if we don't have the truck gone in next hour he's contacting authorities and having it towed!!!! Ohh that makes a lot of sense considering you own a tow business!!! So now all in all he got 5800$ we've got over 34 hours drive time with two vehicles and about 400$ in gas and still nothing to show for it!!! Please think twice before using this guy he's a pathological liar and then tries to turn it on you like he's a successful business owner and this is just scrap metal to him and we're stressing him out and somehow this is our fault!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I requested a tow around 8:00 PM and was told it would take 75–105 minutes, which was fine. After waiting the full 105 minutes, I got a call saying it would be another 45 minutes and that I could leave the car if I wanted.
My tow request was through my insurance, and when they followed up, the company claimed they’d been trying to call me and text multiple times with no answer. Even though I talked to one of their tow drivers, outside of that call I never received any calls or texts. After waiting another 55 minutes with no update or pickup, my insurance called again and was told they couldn’t reach their own tow driver.
After nearly three hours of waiting and confusion, I canceled and used another company. Very frustrating and poorly managed experience.

My daughter was driving alone and went in the ditch north of Rochester. I called Rapid Roadside and Repair, and spoke to Royal. He conferenced in my daughter and he calmly talked her through the situation. Based on his guidance she was able to get her car out and get back on the road. So thankful we reached him for assistance.

TJ went above and beyond to locate my car outside of Byron on his own and get it back to the dealership. He was patient and provided excellent communication through the entire towing process. Your in good hands here.

I needed a battery replaced. I already had the battery. Didn’t have the correct tools to remove the old battery. Called the towing place. Charged me $140, 100 for cash. For a simple battery change. Around town $80 is the reasonable quote. Save your money literally call anyone else.

Poor customer service. Tow was engaged by Enterprise Fleet for our employee, Rapid Roadside blocked them from leaving the site until the paperwork cleared, causing a further delay after the tow was completed. They also asked for payment via credit card, knowing full well that Enterprise Fleet had contacted them and provided authorization for the tow charges.

I'd highly recommend. I had a dead battery and they came out to see if they could jump it and it turns out the battery wasn't the problem. They managed to bypass the failed part and get me back on the road without a tow. It really saved us!

TJ showed up FAST, he was super friendly. I had a flat on my front and he took the time to move my back tire to my front and put the donut on the back. He did amazing and he was super fast!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! The tow drivers are happy to lie to you so they can scam you out of money. We parked in a lot next to a restaurant because our moving truck was too big. While we were there the company swooped in like vultures and started towing the teenage employee’s cars away in a coordinated hit, and were extorting money from them to not have their cars towed. The driver(owner) that hooked up to our truck stood in front of us and told us lie after lie and wasn’t even man enough to admit he was one of the owners. Pathetic company! No morals, no integrity, and the worst business practices. On top of that, he stood there and bad mouth the other tow operators saying that he had to come out to tow our truck because it was to big for the other drivers to do and he was the only one that could unbolt the driveline. Really!!! A tow truck driver that can’t unbolt a driveline? Says volumes about this company. If you’re anywhere near Rochester call someone else!
