I called and asked about a replacement lens and they told me I'd need to shell out $200 to $300 when I had just gotten these glasses? They then told me I'm due for another eye exam when I just got one done in November? Power hungry money grubbers! I only need one lens replaced. I'll be looking elsewhere

Thank you for wasting my time and making me feel pretty small. When I booked the appointment I was very upfront about my situation. I gave my insurance info over the phone and asked if it would cover my needs. I was assured there was no problem. I went to my appointment and walked out with nothing but disappointment and regret. I will be reporting this to the state agencies.

Go somewhere else and don't believe their promotions. Gave my mother the run around till she spent about $500 for 2 pairs of glasses (cheapest frames she could get). Pushed her towards bifocals, which she tried but just hates. Sales staff was pushy and wore her down, which seems like a tactic. After the purchase they would not answer the phone even after several days of calling. Had to go in to talk to someone and was told No Refunds. Even though she was told by the sales staff that there was a money back guarantee. Look at the reviews. You don't want to do business with these people. Just another scummy business to avoid.

I had a great experience with the doctors and the workers out front when I needed to find a frame for my new glasses. Unfortunately the worker in the back seemed a bit flustered and irritated when the doctor asked her to stay in the room to do some of my eye tests and complained about how she is “now behind because they expect us to stay in the room” and “this is just great” and didn’t seem to be in the best of mood. Again, it was minor, but it really did stick out during my visit.

This place is awful since COVID. It’s not clean or nice looking & the customer service is atrocious. My son drove an hour to a scheduled eye exam, for them to say they won’t see him because an adult needs to be present and he’s 5 mins late. At a medical facility a parent can’t be present without consent at 14+. I guess I don’t understand their HPAA policy of 18+. What a joke. 2 hours of driving for nothing. They also didn’t call me regarding the trial pair that was in for my daughter either from a month ago, nor can you ever reach a representative via phone. Also, the person doing the vision tests should have his pants pulled up and not look so sloppy if we are worried about sanitary care and hygiene. His butt crack was hanging out in front of customers and coughing all over. I will not be a returning customer and 1 star was being generous. Absolutely done with this place, that was the final straw for me and my family after 16 years.

I recently had an eye exam and 2 new pair of eyeglasses (1 distance, 1 reading pair). The staff have been very helpful and friendly each time I have come into the store with the initial visit, glasses pick up, return for adjustment. I had to return my frames and Destiny was very helpful and kind to me. She really went above and beyond. There is also a man there who was so helpful in adjusting my glasses (sorry, I don't know his name). In addition, that same man was very patient and kind to an older Asian woman who had difficulty with English. She got her daughter on the phone and the man spoke to the daughter. He was very kind and generous. I would recommend VisionWorks to anybody needing eye care!

Scheduled an eye appointment online and was not told it would be telehealth until I got there. I needed an in-person optometrist to fill out paperwork for the DMV. I don’t have a problem with telehealth but please be transparent if I am not seeing a doctor in person. Apparently they only have an optometrist in the building a few times a month.

Revising my review from last year, totally different experience this year, everyone was attentive and considerate. Was in and out in under and hour and feel very satisfied with the experience. Kudos to everyone working tonight, appreciate everyone's work!

I have been in that store when it’s slightly busy and tonight where my daughter and I were the only ones in the store. Tonight right around 7pm one male employee was sitting at a station. All 4 times..All 4…not one person greeted us or asked if I could be helped. Not a single word. Where did customer service go? I will not be coming back.
