I have been ordering groceries online for delivery for 5 months and things were going well but this week I ordered about $100 worth of groceries and my debit card was charged that amount plus $176 more. My bank alerted me and then cancelled my card but the bank paid the $176 and now I have to wait for them to investigate this fraud. In the meantime I have to find some other store for delivery as I am wheelchair bound and can’t drive. I tried to call the store but no one answers. This is so frustrating. The bank told me this scam is happening a lot with Walmart. Buyer beware when using a debit or credit card!

This is why I don't come to this location.
I bought a pair of sunglasses at the south store to get as prescription sunglasses from sams clubs.
Based on the curves they couldn't make into script glasses.
So I take back here. 1st the girl sent me down to the eye center even after I told her that they were bought of the shelve. When I go back she rolls her eyes.
Because they are Oakley in a rayban case she called a lead.
The lead states because of the price she was calling someone higher then her. Meaning I stole the glasses.
Then this chick comes over doesn't even says high.
She scans the receipt and in shows what I bought. But because it's in a Rayban case she wouldn't return them. Again calling me a thief.
This store is straight up racist.
From now on I will stick to the south store,even if it is out of my way

You don’t have to come to work in walmat if you’re a hater: Her name is Tami working in the pharmacy asked her for a guidance for an item that I needed to buy and unfortunately she said Walmart don’t carry I asked her not even different brand she said NO and when I walk toward to another associate she started whispering to another coworker next to her an Asian looking lady However I found the same item I needed to buy after I get help from another associate an isle which is not too far from the pharmacy. I did raised the issue to the team supervisor hope they will retrain her to do her job better. I wonder why will someone come to work for a place so diverse like Walmart and hate peoples who are paying your wages
With folks who in one way or the other meet this lady you better know her personality She an evil on earth So you better look for another associate for help

Absolutely horrible. first the girl named "SALT" offered no resolution to my issue. I had to call walmart corporate number to get my issue solved. Second. I had to go to three different registers to get a moneyorder because" the store manager didn't order any, or they are lost in delivery"". IDK but this tore has gone way down hill.

The north store is a good store but as with all my experience with walmart, they are often out of products. I bought some prime grade steaks and when opened and cooked, they were in no way prime. But overall not a bad store

Glad for the pricing at this store. I do pickup, but it seems to take longer than ideal. I tend to get notices items are out of stock that I just bet would be in the store.

This walmart now actually sells lottery tickets then says the vendor didn't activate it , something along those lines.
They also told me they don't give refunds, bought a microwave that does not work, they said I need the original box, and reciept..
The sell junk including lottery tickets that are junk, and the best you will get is "I'm sorry" as if that means anything..
They are just terrible humans.
Used to like shopping here, don't know what happened

The customer service I received at the Rochester,MN Walmart is disrespectful to say the least. The guy laughed at me when I asked to speak to the manager. I will not step foot in another Walmart again.

Card readers on self check out required maintenance while we were on it. 3 people working in there stated they couldn't help us because they didn't know what a humidifier was. Oof so sad.

Worst Walmart EVER !!! I sat waiting for my curbside order for nearly TWO HOURS only to find they gave it to someone else.
