Purchased three appliances. Our salesman, Andy, went above and beyond to make sure our purchase and delivery went smoothly. We had two deliveries and both went great. Delivery drivers were polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Warners Stellian for your appliance purchase. That's all they do and do it well.

From purchase to delivery and installation, it was a nice experience. The sales and delivery staffs were courteous. Delivery was on time, the staff would make sure everything was done right, including leveling.

Avoid at all costs. We purchased 5 KitchenAid appliances from this location 18-24 months ago. Most of the items arrived within 3 months, but the built in microwave took much much longer. We finally had the built in microwave delivered almost 18 months later. Some of this was out of their control with supply chain, but some of the delay was unacceptable as it was in stock elsewhere 6 months earlier.The big issue is, we were promised 2 separate large rebates. Our total purchase was over $10k. The rebates were >$1,200 between a KitchenAid and a Warner's Stellian in house rebate. We expressed concern over processing of the rebates, knowing that we might receive the appliances months later and were told "no problem, we'll fix it". We contacted the manager and our rep at this location 5-10x throughout the process and received the same answer. There was an issue with the WS rebate and it missing the model # of our appliances on the online form which we were also told "don't worry, we'll fix it".Now, KitchenAid AND Warner's Stellian are 100% refusing both rebates, saying that we filed them "too late", even though their own people told us it would be taken care of. I've reached out to our rep, her manager, the store manager, and indirectly the Warner's Stellian in house rebate people, and NONE of them are responding. Calls, e-mails, etc. Nothing. At this point, it looks like they sold us the appliances knowing that the rebates would never happen. It looks like intentional fraud and to "ghost" us at this point is so unprofessional. A $50 rebate, I'd let it go. $1,200+, we will fight this and never shop there again. The store manager wouldn't even contact us, they just contacted the WS rebate department and didn't even have the decency to reach out to us themselves.

We purchased a washer and dryer combo from Warner Stellian a month ago. We were happy with the service and the installation. However, within 30 days our dryer began making a terrible sound like nails on a chalk board. We were extremely disappointed with the initial comments upon calling and explaining the situation. It was stated to us that 'It sounds like this is your fault and in that case it will be on you to cover.' It appeared that the felt lining the back of the drum of the dryer was half missing all together. It was extremely unprofessional of the other party to accuse us of damaging the brand new dryer. It was said a ticket was placed and someone would call. I called the following day to ensure we would have someone coming to look at our appliance (as we can only do so much laundry with hang drying). I was able to explain the entire situation again. The next day, we then received an email saying that we wouldn't qualify for repairs and we needed to reach out to the manufacturer (even though it was within 30 days and we were verbally told at time of purchase we have a year warranty where WS will come to our home in Rochester to repair). My husband and I called on this and it was relayed to us that this was a mistake and should not have been sent to us. It was disappointing to be told that if we would have just purchased the extended warranty at time of purchase (not everyone can afford to do that upfront) we would have had a repair man there within 24 hours. We were told we needed to wait 48 hours + for someone to diagnosis...it ended up being 6 days. We have now put in 2 tickets and explained many times what the situation is. Upon assessment of metal on metal, we have not used the dryer due to risk of damaging the drum and risk of fire. My husband was able to meet the repair man today. Upon the repair man (who was fantastic) getting to our home, he said that just by reading the ticket WS should have known to send him with a NEW drum. It is now estimated to be another WEEK without the use of dryer. Overall, the repairman was exceptional, but we are extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care and the standing behind products they sell... It's not like this is 1 month before the warranty ends, it was literally 1 month after delivery of the appliance and purchase. When purchasing appliances from WS, we hope that you don't experience what we have. We are also not sure the extended warranty would have been much help in this situation considering how it initially began.

From start to finish- receptionist was very polite and helpful. Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick out the correct appliance that I was looking for. The delivery was on time and the installation crew were very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

From my 1st inquiry call to the delivery & install, Warner stallion staff was professional & kind. We love our new LG stove.
