Currently renting two 12x40 units from West Circle Storage. I initially had some issues with the gate within the first few months. I was upset and called and left a voicemail. The owner Greg called me back the same day and personally handled the issue and resolved everything for me. I'm greatful for Greg on taking care of his customers. Now everything is smooth sailing.
They take care of the area very well during winter time and I never have any issues with snow around my units.
Don't hesitate to rent from West Circle Storage, if you have any issues, they will take care of you. You just have to call and let them know.

In the first month I've been pleased with this facility. It's clean and well maintained and feels secure. I've rented at other places in town that have been very disappointing and frustrating due to access issues, lock issues etc. I've had nothing but good experiences each time I've had to utilize my storage unit. Would definitely recommend!

Rented here in the past and knew when I needed a storage unit again it was a set deal! I knew just where to go! Very clean and easy to get to! Staff were excellent! Easy online rental! 100% recommend!

Prompt response by the owner and a refund was immediately issued for the amount overcharged. The unit rented was short-term, but it was clean.

Rented for 2 years. Gate only worked for a third of the time. Got an email last week that I had to be out in a month because they were going to make the spot where I was inside storage. Instead of letting me know ahead of time they waited till last moment so that they didn't lose any money. When I tried to cancel they ran me around in circles.Very poor customer service.

Nothing but amazing things to say about West Circle Storage! Moving to Rochester from another state, I started renting from them in May 2023 and must say this facility is very well run! It has a nice location, great layout with many options to choose from, excellent lighting and uses a great security system. This is by far the cleanest storage facility I've seen and management has been very helpful! I highly recommend West Circle Storage for all your storage needs!!

Price increased after I signed up; not to mention the hidden "set-up" fee; must be tough to sweep out a unit. Plus the 200$/month increased to over 250 after initial month.In addition, "locked" gate was never locked anytime I ever went by to my unit.Good riddance; found a cheaper option with much better service.
