Let me start by saying that I Orderd special color caulk from another local company on August 14( found out later they didn't even put the order in till the 16th). Originally they told me it would take around a week. Then it was 2 weeks. They tracked the order, and I was told it would be no later than the end of that 2nd week. Didn't come then either. I asked patiently for them to track the order again and get to me later that day. Never got back to me.I finally had enough and luckily I found these guys. I ordered everything i needed from Corey and he located the caulk that I needed while i was standing there. It came in only 3 business days.The other order finally came 5 weeks later. But by that time the job was basically finished.Thank you White Cap for saving the day!

These have got to be some of the nicest people you can work with in the construction supply industry!I ran out of stone for a fireplace project I was working on, and I only needed two more boxes of stone. After calling multiple places in town, the employees at Brock White said they'd call around and see if they could find what I was looking for. They managed to find two boxes of the exact kind of stone I needed to finish my project. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was damaged (probably in transport) and unusable. They were extremely apologetic and gave me a refund on the broken box without any fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone - whether you're in the construction business or just tackling a home project!
