I asked clerk when my daughter tried dress on what the return policy was. She said we had two weeks; so I gave my daughter my card and we took it home. She decided on a different dress and tried to take it back. They would not. I told them their employees should know what to tell people. Very sketchy! In very small writing up by counter it says no return if bought in store. They rely on people not seeing that.

The dresses were lovely and prices were on point. Also, expect up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends around homecoming and prom. Over 100 (we estimated 150) people waiting in line for 6 fitting rooms. Maybe it would be possible to add in pop-up fitting rooms during peak seasons? It was hot and no seating for disabled or elderly chaperones. Even with all that, the staff were friendly and always moving to keep the place organized.

I came in looking for a dress for a few weddings, I picked a few pieces out myself and none of them fit right. I was about to give up and leave when Piper came over and helped. She went through the whole store with me and pulled so many great options for me. I ended up getting four different dresses she helped pick out. She made a shopping experience I usually dread so much fun ?

amazing beautiful dresses, amazing nice friendly staff, beautiful jewelry, beautiful shoes and purses, dresses in every color all shapes styles I found my hoco dress, shoes and purse thare and I will definitely be going back for any other dress that I need WAY BETTER THE THE ONE IN THE MALL OF AMERICA

They forgot to take off the security tag off my dress!!! I live pretty far away and i don’t wanna go back. Im supprised the alarms didn’t go off because it was a SECURITY TAG!! You could literally steal a dress and the sound won’t go off. I also had a guy check me out and forgot to take it out. Giving you guys a one star.

When I stopped in Elizabeth was extremely helpful, I had no idea what I was looking for but she helped me pick out the perfect outfit! Not only that but the clothing there is ADORABLE!

I had such a great experience! I walked in looking for graduation shoes and found the perfect pair I needed on display. I was greeted by a beautiful lady named Elizabeth, and she gave me a coupon for my shoes. Not only that, the pulled up a chair (because they were busy and occupied) for me to sit to try them on. Great customer service and amazing selection.
