Showed up same day and fixed the springs. He had to order a panel and replaced it when it showed up. Very timely. It was also -20 outside.

Right before Christmas on of our garage door opener sensor went out. Ted came within hours of my call. Then right after Christmas our other garage door quit working completely. Again Ted came out right after Christmas and installed 2 new doors. Very quick and very reliable service that I would highly recommend.

Our garage door suddenly broke the night before hosting a holiday party, my husband and I were going to be in trouble without it so we called Ted first thing in the morning. He arrived within 20 minutes and fixed it in 15 for a very reasonable price! Great guy, he saved us for the busy weekend - highly recommend!

My wife and I came home on Saturday from a trip to find we had a garage door issue. It was a mess. I called Ted at 4 pm he was to our house by 4:30 pm. He had the door repaired and working better than it ever did by 5:30 pm. Very thankful that there are still a few quality trades people out there who deliver great customer service. We won’t ever call anyone but Ted to service our garage door. Thanks Ted!!!

Used the website to Email Ted, got a response the next day (Saturday) and he was able to get my issue fixed quickly. Found the problem with a single glance and was able to get it up and running with no problems.

Ted was absolutely wonderful to work with. He showed up the morning I called and was back the same day with the new opener and installed the same day. Great guy, great to work with, would recommend to anyone!

I called to schedule a maintenance/tune-up and was able to get same day service. Ted walked me through the work that he would do and once complete, offered some tips for extending the life of my system.
Will definitely be calling Ted for any future needs!

I don't write reviews but I feel obligated to after my experience with Ted. He's a very decent stand up individual. My neighbor referred him to me and I couldn't have been happier with his service and up front honesty. No nonsense, straight to the point and just gets down to work. Ted did a great job, he was on his way out of town but made time to fix my garage door. I told him it could wait but he showed up and had it up and running in no time. Highly recommend Ted and will use him again if needed.
