I had an emergency situation with our garage door. It was a Saturday but he was still able to get out that evening and made the repair. He was responsive, communicated well when he thought he would arrive, and did a great job! I will definitely call him again for any garage door work.

We had an emergency situation with our garage door and Ted answered our call immediately and came out the same day. He was very responsive and thorough in fixing our door and we will call him again if our door ever needs service work.

Ted came to us by way of referral. (Just like all of these other good ppl talking about him on here!) He fixed our garage quickly per his assessment, and he even came back a week or so later to replenish some seals he didn’t have at the time. As a business manager, I do appreciate solid customer service, and it is also a bonus being able to support a local company. Ted and his team run theirs very well. Thanks guys! Highly recommend

We had our garage door spring snap at around 5 o'clock on a Friday night. We called and Ted was at our house in about 20 minutes and the door was fixed about a half an hour later. Amazing service

I received a return call the same day and Ted came out that same day to evaluate my garage door. It needed to be replaced. The next day he installed the new door.

Very happy with responsiveness to our call in needing a new set of garage doors. Door was orders Thursday and installed on Friday. Doors look great!

Asked Ted to give us a quote for our garage door and opener. Little over a week and the new door and opener are installed. Great price, awesome product and install and just a no nonsense kind of guy. Would, will recommend this company.

I backed my truck in the garage last night and when the garage door closed I heard a loud snap! I looked up and saw that my garage spring was broke. My truck my truck was now stuck in my garage. That would make it hard to get to work in the morning. It was already after hours. I called Garage Door Tech and Ted was at my house in less than 30 minutes. It helped that he lives right here in Rockford. He had my springs replaced in less than 30 min. I was able to go to work today! Lucky me!! ?

I had an emergency with my garage door late afternoon. I called Garage Door Tech and he came out promptly the same evening and fixed my door! I highly recommend Dave and Ted at Garage Door Tech Services. Both are professional and honest in the work and advice they provide. My garage springs broke and I couldn’t get my vehicles inside or out of my two car garage. A call to GDTS and they were able to help me out super quick! My springs were repaired within less than an hour and Dave spent additional time telling me garage things I wasn’t aware of for future repairs and considerations (I had asked what else could be done). Super helpful and again great to work with. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future work!
