When I stopped in a few hours later, he had a sample piece that I could take home to compare with the casing I'm trying to match, along with a sample kit of finish options to compare with the existing casing. There was also a quote prepared for pricing when I'm ready to order. Very helpful and professional.”
“Went to Menards today to get a new vacuum. Found a Shark for like $149 on sale I think. Brought it up to the register and went to pay, imagine out surprise when it rang up at $299. We weren't upset or anything. A little frustrated thinking I'd have to spend more time finding a new one. Nope, the people at customer service here were awesome.
