“I felt I received very good service for my cats. They had 2 cats to a condo, which I liked. They were very helpful when I picked the kitties up. I was a day late getting home from a trip and ruffin inn was good to have my cats for an extra day. Good job!”
“We had a great first grooming experience with Oliver. Hallie kept me updated throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. She took her time with him, especially when he got nervous about the dryer, and made sure he felt as comfortable as possible instead of rushing the process. Oliver looked great when he was done, and I could tell he had been treated with care. Thank you, Hallie!”
“The staff is always helpful! I walked in and immediately someone was helping me. I picked what I wanted and it was loaded in my truck before I even got out the door. I buy a lot of heavy feed and it’s nice to have it loaded for me”
“I ordered dbl door intermediate purple kennel via their website 4/23. Arrived today (4/28) to upstate NY! Website well designed, easy to navigate. Great packaging! Will definitely be ordering from them again.”
“Extremely nice and helpful employees! Superior customer service at that store. Came in And talked chickens for 20 minutes with the lady at the checkout area. Unfortunately i didn't get her name. She was very friendly and helped me a lot. As a Buffalo resident, i am so happy we have a store like this in our town. Especially one that has superior employees!”
“The best biothane leashes and collars I've ever used. Thick enough so they can't be broken by chewing and colors are fantastic. They are a little heavy so maybe not for your toy breeds, but my 12 pound small dog handles it fine.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Crossroads vet services! I’ve taken both my large dog and my cats here and have been very pleased with the care they’ve received. Dr. Shelley is very thorough with her examinations, explains things clearly, and is very gentle and kind. All of the staff at Crossroads are so kind and helpful and it’s always a pleasure to see them! The pricing is also incredibly reasonable. I will always take my pets here for care!”
“All of their reviews are filtered, I tried to post a 1 star review for their JRK crab grass fertilizer and it was never posted but all the 5 star reviews are posted. I went in there on a recomendation from a neighbor to get some spring fertilizer and I asked them for the best grab grass killer/preventer. They led me to the JRK (their own brand) which was more expensive than the others, and I applied it per directions and it nearly doubled my crabgrass. Didnt kill one bit of it.Updated to 4 star because they got me what I needed to fix this issue”
“A bunch of us gals went to Caribou Coffee inside Coborn's store. I did not go to the gas station. Caribou Coffee is the absolute best. And we can continue to meet there once a month.”
“I really like Coburn's over the other options in Buffalo. It does pay to watch what you're doing though. Some prices are very high compared to others. Easy to fix though, just stay aware and shop accordingly. It's a nice new store, friendly and helpful employees, nice product offerings - I do really like the place.”
