I was really looking forward to planting these, but unfortunately, when I opened the box, most of the roots were already rotten. I called the store and was told to just try replanting them—”they might grow back” We’re talking about clearly rotten roots here, and there was no offer of a return or replacement. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend taking the risk of buying from here.

Love this store always have what we are looking for. Also appreciate corporate for finding a receipt that we needed from one of our purchases with little to help find it. I would recommend to anyone.

Rockford doesn't offer much. No grocery store or fast food chains. But plenty of bars 🍸. I'm so glad we have a tractor supply

Went to Tractor supply 330 03/13/25
I needed chicks and supplies Manger a guy he's been working there for awhile was on a Big Power trip. Not treating customers rt very rude. I went back were the chicks were and looked at what they had and then asked if i could get some chicks he said no not tell 4 and then he said there's others b4 me and I needed to wait outside we'll while I waited outside I got chilled the store is big enough why can't I wait inside and also I needed chick feed dog food and chicken food and some beding for the chicks. Why can't I shop while I waited he could of said did u have any other shopping 2 do why u wait interested of telling me i had to wait outside. I was not the only 1 that was sent outside there were 8 others there was a mom of 3 and she had 2 toddler and a baby and she said what if I wait all this time and they get sold out all I need is 4 chicks her babies were cold and she needed to get them Blankets to rap them up. There was another couple with a young child also sent out to wait for chicks. This is not okay! I would of said something but I needed chicks and the Manger scared me on how he was acting. The selling of the chicks was not handled rt today. Tractor supply lost money do to the Manger on is power trip some 1 besides him should be handling the sells of the chicks. How Tractor supply lost money is i didn't get the other things I needed just the chicks. This Manger should be updated on his training and how to treat customers asap!
Well on that note i do love tractor supply chicks
I am sure you have cameras please look into this.

10 degrees is apparently too cold for the machine to work to fill propane. We’re in MN I find this hard to believe. If it really is the truth, quit being cheap and purchase quality parts for your filler or something i don’t know. Whenever I try to get propane from them they have an excuse why they can’t. Which is why I call ahead now before driving up there.

Bought some cattle panels and t-posts and had an awesome experience as two of the employees helped load and strap everything down. Great people and extremely kind and a great price.

I ordered and paid for an item back in May and still have not received it. I've called several times only to be told "it should be here soon". I have received no updates or communication. I finally called about 3 weeks ago to cancel and to credit my account. The woman I spoke to said "I'll look into it" I asked if she would let me know and she said "yea". 3 weeks later, still nothing and my account still hasn't been credited. Very disappointed.
