I have used this company for both my lake home in Nevis MN for 15 plus years and have them for my Anoka home for about 20 years. I was promised they would fix a non functioning siren but now they are requiring a new contract to keep their promise. very disappointed since the fact I have used them for many many years should show I don't change providers...wow. Again they told me I would recieve the repair and was never told it was based on a new contract and higher monthly fees. I am left with no real great option.....I would not recommend this company for any security services. very poor service!

Really great support and nice people. Had to call about a system that was already in our home that we purchased 4 years ago and they walked me through my issues over the phone. Very impressed!

I was a customer with HW security for 2 years, always the system is not working, they don’t fix it, they don’t call back but they call all the time to collect the money, I’ll never use them

Was a customer for 7 years and never late paying my bill. Was talked into upgrading to a wi-fi system on a 3 year service agreement. When I moved I was billed for the months remaining on the agreement and paid half of the large balance thinking I could cushion the blow by paying the other half in 2 weeks. I was then sent to collections. Wow, way to honor your past customers WH Security. I will never use this company again and I will tell all my friends not to use them.

I worked with WH security to install a full security service for my business including cameras, microphones, secured door access, fire alarm and smoke detectors. After we finished construction, it has been 3 months and the system is still not working properly. Construction took 10 months, and every interaction that we had with this company was negative, lots of delays, miscommunication, incompetent technicians, not to mention the costs of delaying operations of a new business for 3 months.Owner of an assisted living facility.

We've been a customer of WH Security for 15 years. They are affordable, reliable, and customer centric. We switched from a very well known, national security company because they kept increasing their price and only had so so service. WH Security has very fair pricing (that doesn't go up all the time with out warning) and great service. One final note, WH Security is proactive rather than reactive. While our neighbors were having breakdowns with their security system because of the national change to 5G, WH Security had already informed all their customers and converted us to the appropriate technology years ago!

Run from this company. We were with securetec before they were bought by wh security. We have had many instances where alarms go off for no reason. The person who calls to verify the password is literally verbally abusive, I’ve never dealt with such rude service. God forbid you had a real emergency and someone treated me that way in that time of stress. I shared this information when escalating to cancel and they didn’t even bat an eye. Not sure how they have any positive reviews on here- I have to assume shady intent based on my experience.

This company is terrible!,, Sold us cameras that really only work if the individual is standing with in 8 feet of the camera. Then then came out and mounted them at the roof level. They do not return phone calls for service. Lots of technical issues. I would never recommend doing business with this company. Expensive initial cost and terrible service and equipment

Very expensive. At end of contract made 4 calls to discontinue service & have submitted their required form 2x but alarm still goes off in middle of the night---sometimes multiple times. Monitoring staff says error message is "loss of communication". Yep, bc I discontinued service! Hmmmm, I wonder why it doesn't go off during the day though......?????

Technician called and said he was 14 minutes away. Arrived and looked over the situation, found the problem and took care of it. Was very polite and professional.

Steve Pink has helped me with security at my home and business. I can't say enough good about the service he provides. After he consults and the installation people show up, they are just as great! To top it all off, they are local and easy to get a hold of.
